Comfortable beds and rooms. Good restaurant.

The wellness area was a bit disappointing.

No fridge and AC in the room. There was no vegetarian food option except pasta for kids.

There was a wonderful view, delicious food, nice staff

There wasn’t a schedule information for entertainment/activities nearby and we came when it was closed because of “not a season”.

A modern, professionally run hotel that still manages to have a friendly feel. The location -- directly above the smaller slope -- is perfect for beginner skiers. We also liked the restaurant.

The indoor swimming pool is rather small, and you have to pay extra to use it. And the TV in our room was tiny -- basically a small computer monitor.

The location is excellent. In general, the room is not bad.

The attitude of the staff, the kitchen closes early, the dirt!

Ski instructor was very helpful and friendly.View was worth it.

Very far away from public transport system .English isn’t very good for communication purposes. Not very user friendly design if you don’t have a car as a tourist.

Fridge missing in the room, no lift, broken glass served, slow staff in therestaurant

+clean+rooms with modern renovation+playground is quite good

-Paid indoor pool 150 CZK per person per hour. Aqua -park in Prague is cheaper than that. But when the weather is rainy you have no choice?-Bathrobes for an additional fee and a sauna is also extra.-No slippers-There is no separate shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, only a dispenser.-Breakfast for 200 CZK per person and for that price there is self-service, you have to clean it yourself-The choice of food in the restaurant is very limited, not a single position with fish.-Check-in at 15:30 (very late), check-out at 10:30 (very early)….-There is no water in the rooms, no fridge.

wonderful location on the mountain with beautiful landscape view from the terrace of the restaurant and rooms facing that way, on a hot day the hotel swimming pool is very nicely cooling and clean and the children playground is good for smaller kids and can be overlooked from the restaurant terrace, the hotel breakfast is not included in the price but worth paying for
