Pros +
- Very friendly owners, super helpful, excellent location for my trip from Sweden, picturesque place, quite
- Very flexible check-in arrangements. Great breakfast, very friendly staff.
- A small family owned hotel close to the tourist attractions of the area (Teplice, stone formations, old castles, observation towers, Teplice spas). Very good accessibility from the D8 highway and excellent Czech traditional cuisine (if you’re not vegetarian, definitely go for goulash soup!).
Cons -
- A thick fog surrounded the place for quite some time (we visited in mid November) and made driving complicated, but the owners can’t do anything about it.
- The price of the meals and beer is quite high for the region, also the restaurant closes at 10 pm with no possibility to continue staying with family or friends afterwards. This is quite unfortunate since the place is located "in the middle of nowhere" and there are no other possibilities.
- A little bit too hot inside the pension, so the came in/came out were rude because of the big temperature difference.

The stay was as expected. The room and bathroom were clean and soaps were provided. The mattresses are on the soft side, but we slept well. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast was filling and for few crowns more you can add extra options. The dinner menu has many dishes. For alergic people: be aware that there is a cat. He won't come close to you or won't jump on your legs, but it is there.Didn't like:The smell of painted wood in the room was very strong. The smell of the kitchen - it was coming up the stairs and after dinner my clothes were smelling. The towels are a bit old and already have the horrible stink. It would be better to replace them.
The staff were friendly, rooms miminalistic but clean and just OK. Great stay for the value. We enjoyed breakfast very much.

Breakfast was really fine and made with the smile of John !
A little bit too hot inside the pension, so the came in/came out were rude because of the big temperature difference.
Super location, we stayed one night. Pastry was amazing, enjoyed a good dinner/breakfast and slept really well.Wonderful hosts
Really good value for the money. Not the nicest place to stay, but close to highway, clean and warm. And the staff is also friendly, so happy to stay over night in the future again.
It is an old building, nothing fancy.
Good value for money, easy access, friendly staff and good food.
Furniture a bit old.
The staff was kind, nice and friendly. The breakfast was simple and good. As gluten intolerant persons, there was no GF bread available for us, which was clarified in advance. Just information for allergy suffering community.
It was my second visit of the hotel. The first time was okay. The second visit with my wife and dog was absolutely disaster. The hotel room looked like unfinished. The shower room was extremely smelly, most probably sewage system was not cleaned for long time. Also the ceiling corners were wet and mouldy. During shower all sewer flown out and water did not drain back, or very slowly. I had to clean the drainage outflow (hair, burl, crumbs,..) to ensure at least some drain. The dirty smell was during whole our one night. The bed sheet was also smelly. The room was for two persons and a dog very small, and with two luggage very difficult to move inside. No wardrobe, just small cupboard. We arrived late night, so no time to discuss or claim, however, the receptionist must feel the smell during penning the room door. Early morning we left. Most probably we will not give the hotel another try.
-Friendly staff-Clean room-New furniture-Nice breakfast
-No kettle
Friendly staff, good location, great food.
Very good breakfast and location super,in nature with beautiful hills and not so far from highway.
For the short time how i stay, I canot say something about it.
The staff was friendly and service minded. The breakfast was good with a good selection of bread and spreads, eggs , fresh fruit and yoghurt. For a little fee we could order a nice cappuccino. Our room was spacious, but the bathroom was small.
At the reception and restaurant area it smells old cloak but this small doesn't affects the rooms.
Happy with breakfast choices, but winner for me was the best bed I ever slept on my trip, and I stayed in 6 six other hotels. Despite the crying baby next door I slept like a .... Very nice place I hope I will be able to take my family there for a few days next time round. Free parking is another winner of course.
NONE! Lack of TV in the room was a blessing for me, not wasted time and straight to bed.
This is not the first time for staying in this apartman house. Amazing countryside feeling. Nice, calm and safe place. The in pre online check-in works well. The staff is so polite. The breakfast is delicious. You can select from different menu. The room is simply but it is very clean. Large and free parking places. See you again!
Old but nice house. Free parking. Next to the road, easy to find. From our room was great view, but noisy in the morning from the road. Good breakfast from menu.
Amazing location, up in the hills with very relaxing nature, yet very close to the highway. The food in the restaurant is very delicious, as always the Czech cuisine is. You cannot leave without trying the pancakes. Overall great value for the money ?
The bed was a bit short and I am 182 cm tall
The location is nice, it has a bar which we did not use but surely looked inviting! The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. I would probably come back if I would travel this way.
The bed was way too soft for my liking, but otherwise the room was fine. We wanted to leave early in the morning but the a la carte breakfast was a lot slower than a buffet-style. It was tasty though. The coffee was not that great.
Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good restaurant within the hotel, large parking lot, excellent price
