My bed was placed on top of a generator.It was shaking and noisy until morning.Not much sleep.

Nice quiet area and a clean room, decent selection of breakfast included in the fee.

A bit on the small side as it was on the top floor and the roof line limits headroom.

The Jaccuzi stinks and the staff was not so friendly

It was the closest hotel to the border crossing from Ukraine. Someone stayed up to let us into the hotel after 2:00am in morning because border crossing was very slow.

The first room they provided was terrible. There were dead insects everywhere. (We have photos. I think that they were cockroaches!!!)The second room they provided had no shampoo or conditioner in shower room.The breakfast provided was terrible. Very little choice. We drank some coffee and we were just glad to leave.This was the most expensive hotel in the area but we booked because it was only 20 minutes from the border crossing from Ukraine.They are relying on passing trade where people will stay one night and then move on. We would never stay here again. The worst hotel ever on Booking.comI complained to Booking.com complaints team but I have not had a reply.I have never had to complain about a hotel like this before!

The location was good for what we needed.

Their was a few issues with our stay. Shower was not working, the air conditioning was broken, there was flys everywhere and even some cock roaches that we asked to be removed. The flys where definitely a problem even in the breakfast room landing on uncovered food. We went to play a game of pool but when we where setting up the balls on the table it was evident that they where completely soaked in urine. When we went to reception to make them aware she explained quite casually that it must of been the cat that sometimes comes into the hotel. House keeping is non existent and had to ask for towels to be replenished.

I was charged by Booking and at the reception was told to pay for the stay and Booking will return me the money. So I paid twice and now no one is returning the funds.

Polite staff. Very nice restaurant nearby. The price is one of the lowest in the area, there is parking available. The breakfasts are not bad, but nothing special either. I would rather eat at a restaurant than have the included breakfast. But that's just my personal preference. Overall, I think I would stay here again if necessary and wouldn’t look for anything else.

The room furnishings are a bit outdated. For example, I had a clean but torn bedsheet. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. The carpets could use a deep cleaning. Not bad. However, considering the price and the location, it's okay specially for a one-night stay. I booked a single room, so maybe other rooms are in better condition.

Competent and friendly staff, providing all support needed. Nice breakfast, quiet environment. Already stayed at the hotel several times and will choose it again when needed.
