Ambruosi Village Resort & SPA

Very clean hotel, amazingly friendly staff, free parking and beach seats with umbrella!

No groceries or restaurants in neighbourhood. You have to go to the nearest cities. Railway is aside the beach.

- super friendly staff- clean and spacious room- private beach with Lettini and Umbrellone- indoor parking with access to elevator

- in this heat a bigger fridge or minibar would be great, to me that is a general flaw in the hotel industry and a reason I use apartments a lot when on a business trip

Disappointing

Breakfast was by far the worst i have had . Poor selection, and no choices. Same products served day after day. Tiny changes operated from staff/management after many guests complained. Absolutely a shame for a hotel of this price category

The property was very clean and well kept

The location, nothing much to do around the hotel. Also there’s no outdoor pool, only an Olympic pool inside the gym/spa Nothing for babies or toddlers though

The staff is amazing and so is breakfast! The beach and sea are gorgeous there as well. AC and a great shower too.

The swimming pool isn’t for leisure.

- beach not "overcrowded" - modern design of the hotel and rooms- easy parking outside/inside the hotel (be attentive to you front bumpers by the entrance to the hotel garage if you have sporty car)

- too secluded area in the middle of nowhere- noise by trains coming nearby- the hotel organized evening programme can be pretty annoying if the selection does not suit your taste (too loud singing, etc.)

Modern room and very good breakfast

It’s a “beachfront” but there’s a railway and you have to cross the road/ use a bridge to get there. The pool and all the amenities were not included in the price we got.

The hotel is very modern, very clean. Staff was extremely friendly.

The WIFI didn't reach the room so we couldn't use it. The TV box stopped working after the first night.

Too expensive, dull rooms

Rooms were dull. lots of work needed in rooms and bathroom. staff very quiet and not very helpful to foreign customers. Menu in French only, how rude and embarrassing to guests who don’t speak the language. The menu was only in French and expensive. Not ordering food I don’t know what it is

Had quite problems with our shower but it got fixed immediately

Overall a great stay. Rooms are big, clean and service around beach, parking, breakfast is quite good. Beach drink pricing is good. Service around SPA and Wellness is good as well.

communication with hotel is quite hard, long running answers and in some cases you didn't get an answer at all. so we messaged the hotel as a potential customer and got a reply just in time ... curios Wifi is a mess, auto disconnects quite often. bad connectivity.

Nice beach. Quiet. Relax place. Good restaurant and very good bread

Wifi was not Working properly. Hard bed. Pool can’t be really used by children to play and it’s not free.

Room modern and functional, the spa area cumply with the expectation, the service at room even exceeds the expectation we had. Compliments to the reception staff for the great assistance and the service staff for the gently and attentive attitude.

Find the location is a bit difficult as even if placed along the main road the hotel has to be reached driving Into a common parking area for a multistorey complex but that said, we had a fantastic weekend and all the carefull assistance we may receive in a first class hotel and spa of a large hotel chain.

Everything was perfect. Clean room and good access to the beach.
