- Nice location, but you have to walk more than 10 minutes downtown. To the center it’s more like 30 minutes. It’s possible, we did it frequently, but there aren’t always sidewalks and people were driving pretty wild occasionally. If you have smaller children (ours are 14, 16, 16, 18) I can see that being a problem. Fermo is beautiful and this hotel is a good starting point to explore it. It is nice and quiet. Rooms were clean and good. Breakfast was ok.

- Think hotel can appear a bit functional as a first impression. Needs to soften it's image a bit.
- Minor niggle: A kettle for properly boiling water for tea would have been nice in the breakfast room. Coffee machine hot water produces a lousy cup of tea (this is common in hotels, not just Villa Nazareth).

Very clean and relaxed. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Views from room were lovely. Toiletries in bathroom nice quality.

We had 4 single rooms and the vibe was monastic and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a good value hotel if you are visiting Fermo. It's slightly out of town - a brisk 20 minute walk, but we used a taxi. Please note the restaurant doesn't operate for dinner anymore. The breakfast is typically Italian.
