Staff is always friendly and attentive, Good size room that are clean.
The shower let water on to the floor which is annoying.
Staff was super kind and welcoming. The breakfast was great! Loved all the pastries to choose from. The rooms were quiet and I didnt hear anyone above me. There was little to no hallway noise which was super nice. The hotel's location was perfect!
The only complaint I have is they gave you a small piece of soap for both your hands and for taking a shower. I really wish they gave you one for the sink and one for the shower.

The entrance to the swimming-pool is subject to a surcharge of 15 euros per person for a shift of 3 hours. A 1 hour access to the wellness path is subject to an extra fee and it has to be booked in advance (Shared access 20€ per person, Exclusive access 30€ per person). Please note that children under 14 years old can access the pool from 07:30 until 13:00 only. All children under 18 years old have to be accompanied by adults. Access to the swimming pool, spa and wellness treatments are not included in the room rate and are available upon reservation. Children can access the pool in the morning. Pool Access: Enjoy our swimming pool, open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 22:30 and Saturday to Sunday from 07:30 to 19:30. For the comfort and safety of all guests, children under 14 are welcome to use the pool until 13:00, while access in the afternoon is reserved for guests aged 14 and above.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
