Hotel Luna

Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast. Central location.

Everything was good, clean, the location, the breakfast…..the staff was very friendly.

I didn’t like that we have to go ? everything is ok here and the price is absolutely fine.

Friendly staff so welcome and helpful ☺️. Good value for money. We stayed for 1 night during our roadtrip.

Personal, location, value

There is no refrigerator, not renovated bathroom. The breakfast was not as good as it described in other comments

central location

hotel should replace old towels and pillows

it is very obvious this hotel has a top class manager, who takes care of little details. rooms and other things could do with an update, but they go to great lengths to make up for it.

Child room, breakfast, staff excellent

Room is quite old furnished

Good value for money. Spacious room, good breakfast and friendly staff. Nice playroom for kids near restaurant. Clean room.

Rather old interior and furniture.

Great Breakfast in a very nice Restaurant , kind staff , easy parking and location ++

Everything was ok just a very soft bed ;) ++

Right in city centre, good comfy bed, nice and very helpful staff. Breakfast was nice and all fresh.

Bathroom needs renovation

Great breakfast and comfy beds. Parking right in front of the hotel. Great location.

The hall on 5th floor is little worn out, it needs some renovation. The shower is really tiny, there was plenty of space in the bathroom though.

price, location, good breakfast with fried eggs, sausage and vegetables bus stop is nearby the Luna hoteldiscount from Booking

bad wi-fiit can be some box with food and drinks at the reception Better not to walk , practically all roads are under repairment

Good location, fantastic breakfast. The room was clean, though with ancient furniture showing visible signs of wear.

Upon my arrival (on my announced time 5:00 PM), nobody was at reception and no message was left. I had to call for somebody to come and process my check-in. Hopefully a one-time occassion (there was some kind of celebration going on at the hotel).

location, price, comfy beds, clean

breakfast wasnt well, only basic staff as eggs and sausages with some cereals and veg. no fruits at all. time was before 9am croisants been all gone, 1 half sausage left. Bathroom needs to be updated: floor was with cracks. Door had soe scrathes. sink doesnt drain properly. Fan in a bathroom working to loud and all with dust. smell of urine in a toilet. Curtins with some marks.

Hotel receptionist, Breakfast and the restaurant.

Rooms looked old.

Reasonable price and breakfast included, welcoming personel and 24-hour reception.

No fridge in the room, no conditioner though it was quite hot but there was a small ventilator.

Amenity kit in the bathroom was great, breakfast proper (even dairy products from local farm), staff friendly. Good Plzenska restaurant located nearby.

Windows and carpets should be cleaned, too much dust!

was relatively easy to find

bathroom was not clean, even couple spots of blood was there.

Great place. Very clean, tasty breakfast and the most important: friendly staff

Service, people, price & overall experience very nice.Breakfast OK & hotel well located.

The outdated rooms. Many things there are just "surviving" and require major investment.I also did not like the quality of cleaning - there were parts of the room where the cleaning was not done for a VERY long time (hint: do not look in the top shelves if you are allergic to dust :-))
