We were upgraded to a very comfortable apartment. Staff were kind and attentive.

The hotel Is located walking distance from a park and the center of the town. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. The price was unbeatable and ultimately the reason why we picked it. They were extremely fair also with the prices of the minibar. There is a private parking and elevator.

A bit old fashion in terms of decor and facilities. breakfast was too much on the sugary side, not enough for vegans or vegetarians.

The location of this establishment was exactly what I needed, and the room was spacious.

Parking spots were tight and not suitable for SUVs. The A/C is actually a refrigerated air system that turns off from 2 a.m. to 5 or 6 a.m., which the staff did not disclose upon check-in. As a result, it was impossible to get a good night's rest. What was more upsetting was that we spoke to two different front desk employees about how hot it was in our room, and they did nothing about it. During checkout, we explained our unpleasant experience to a third front desk employee, who suggested that we should have just opened the windows. The bedroom's kitchen was not cleaned, and the frame around the kitchen door had old grease marks. The room decor was dated.

Short stay, good enough location for old town and railway station, nice to have a fridge in a heatwave, helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Had all facilities I needed.

A whole flat with a comfy bed, top floor, basic bathroom, no aircon (the mayor apparently needs to approve it first on eco grounds) but a fan. A big fridge and a kitchen, if we wanted to cook something, which we did not. Free parking. WiFi. Lift.

The gelateria opposite the hotel closed for "ragioni famigliari" just when we wanted to have a coffee and a grappa after returning from dinner. Nothing to do with the hotel though..

Food was great. Staff was excellent - really helpful and friendly.

Your laundry service adds perfume to the bedding and towels. This is really hard on people with allergies.

The stay was just what we were looking for. The hotel is small but friendly, the room was clean and sufficient. Breakfast was very good. excellent location to town and attractions. Nice little bar across the street. Good value for price.

Honestly it was a little dark in the lobby and hallways. Front desk did not always have someone there. Otherwise, it was good.

Staff are nice and di helpful . Location is good near the center 10 minutes walk.

Perfect breakfast included. Very friendly personnel. Perfectly clean bathroom.

Italian breakfast. But there was plenty of everything. Room were heated. There is a free parking lot for guests. Staff was friendly.

One raised child seat per hotel seems to be not enough as we were the second ones that asked for it. The staff felt bad for it though and tried to make it up where they could.

Great place to stay for short term. Quick and easy check in, everything close and convenient , ok breakfast and good value for money.

Good location for visiting the town, and the free parking lot with easy access is a real extra-valuable feature. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast is quite rich with various options.

In general I may say that everything was ok for my needs

the hotel was very quiete 12 minutes walk to the center , very helpful and friendly receptionist lady ( she helped me find my glasses and jacket I forgot in a town 20 kilometer from there by phoning to the bar I forgot my things) the room was huge, our bed fairly comfortable, (I brought my own pillow ), everything very simple but it was good. the refrigerator was very big . breakfast had good cakes !

A little tired hotel , should make renovation in the rooms , but on another hand the staff was great !

good breakfast, nice lady at the breakfast helping us with everything, the place is quite close to the centre, with free parking possibility at the hotel. everybody and everything was nice.
