Hotel U Šuláka

We arrived very late for just one night, we left early morning so didn't had a chance to explore the fasilities. But I loved the polows, very very comfortable.

Very nice location, we were in transit arrived in the evening and going further in the morning. Although it is remote from Brno, only 10-15 mins from the highway, probably faster than going into to downtown in a hotel.

The was a soaking in the cellar an big blackish patch, with some mold.

Surprisingly nice and modern. Good location near the water and nature.

Even though the parking place was quite big, it was always full. We didn't expect that. It's quite some distance from "the civilisation".

The only thing we liked is that the room was warm and we had fun watching some tv shows together.

Things that we didn’t liked is that the room was not properly cleaned. It was too small for us, there was a electric kettle with cups but there weren’t even any packaged teas or coffee. The bed was soft and comfortable to sleep on, and the pillows were also too, but the only issue was that they had stains. When we woke up and went to the bathroom we saw… a cockroach and a spider with cobwebs… that made us surprised… I don’t think we can recommend this hotel to people.

It had an old feeling. The carpets were super dirty and the whole property had that weird humid, log unventelated smell. The sheets on my bad were dirty. Bathroom was moldy. Same goes for fridge.Considering all that, it was definitely too expensive.

We could check in at night. Free parking. Self check in. Cute hostess who answered at night and helped us where is parking.

Many insects. A lot of. Too much. All types of them. There were no nets on the windows. There was a spot on the sheet under the pillow. Separate beds with separate mattresses just standing side by side even though we asked for double bed.

A good hotel to spend a night or two for us. Large, clean rooms, comfortable beds, check-in at any time of the day, parking space.

The hotel does not have a restaurant and the rooms do not have microwaves. Therefore, there is no opportunity to have breakfast in the morning

Room was big and spacy

We got a room with entrance to another room with door between without lock and the only toilet for both rooms in our room. It means if hotel is overbooked , than u even can't feel safe and need to share bath with other room. It says , that it's possible to buy breakfast at hotel, but it's not cos it's repairing now. It means u need to drive somewhere to eat. It's too expensive for such place

Disappointing

it's great that self check in, but upon arrival we found crumbs, hidden towels , and left socks. I don't recommend it.

The overall setting of the room was nice, it looked modern and cozy.

It looked like no one cleaned there in the past year. I've never seen a dirtier hotel and I've been to 1* and 2* hotels while this one is promoted as 3*. It's my first time regretting staying at a hotel, especially such an expensive hotel.

Cleanliness, found someone else's leftover breakfast in the fridge, spiderweb in every corner found 6 spiders in total

The area is great, quiet and very close to lakes and swimming areas.

The room was very hot that we found it hard to sleep. I wish there was a fan provided. It was also not super clean, found a tissue lying around by the curtains. The doors make a lot of noise when you close it, so people coming in at midnight could wake you up.

Garden, space, playground for kids.. everything was great.

Coundn't pay caffee in Euro, I didn't have CZK.Big bad would be better to be in one part not two. Hole between two beds is not good for sleep with kids.

The room was in an excellent location. If you have already seen the city, this place is in a quiet area in the woods (15 min drive to town). If you travel in summer, you can swim in the near by lake. The restaurant of the hotel has realy good and not too expensive food.

To my surprise, somebody already used the toilet before we got to the room. The cleaning personal must have missed cleaning it.Altough a hair dryer for example was in the description of the room facilities, we could not find any.
