Great location, close to the airport. Great service (we were upgraded to an apartment which was ideal for us), breakfast was great. Close vicinity to other towns around, many beaches. I recommend!

Awful and extremely unprofessional

They are obnoxious liars ,after all paid booking they did not allow my friend for whom I. Made the booking to check in and asked her to leave . They were extremely rude and have not refunded or responded to any messages by me or booking .com . Am disgusted with this appalling behaviour and am very upset that Booking .com cannot hold them accountable for such behaviour .

Handy to Train Station and free carpark. Kitchenette was great to cook up a pasta for dinner. We liked its proximity to the airport. We had an early flight and had to also return the hire car. It was very close and easy to navigate. There were pretty views from the balcony over the hills.

We needed one night close to the airport, this was a good option.

I wish the AC had worked better.

Can’t give rating. Never got to stay. My flight was delayed and property were not flexible to change the dates.

Room size and bathroom size. Breakfast included. Staff were very friendly. Balcony was nice to have.

They had a garage for bicycles.

They didn't provide the right wifi code, even if I asked. Lots of noise outside. Poor beds. Too hot without the air conditioning, couldn't get the remote (5 e) after coming back from a restaurant as nobody was around after 8 pm - so almost no sleep at all.

Staff took good care of a harmed man like me.. was in an accident and they greeted me with concern..

if I could give 0 on everything, we booked and paid and he didn't even give us the room, for personal reasons, rude and cheating and thieving owner...

Our room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the location very much.

It was hard to get a taxi from the local train station but when I called the hotel they kindly arranged it.

Very clean room and spacious. Newly renovated. Easy to get to Ancona ferry.

Had to pay for air conditioner 5 euros, this should be stated in the advertising. Also right next to the train station and with the windows open you hear all the announcements and trains. Also along the flight path for local airport. Beds and pillows where very hard.

The staff was great, very kind and helpful. They have a nice breakfast and are very close to a walking street with lots of restaurants.

The hidden charges ( you have to pay to give you the ac remote) and no wifi available. In the room you don’t get even a small bottle of water, it’s a shame to have a big space with kitchen and not one tea bag available.

Disappointing

Advertised as having airport transport - requested this and was provided with the number of a taxi company. Wanted to charge 5 euro for access to air conditioning, despite also advertising that it is included. Had no record of my reservation. Arrived at the stated time, but had to call to check in.

lack of help from staff no guidance or help to find which rooms we have we collected the keys from on top of the fridge had to wait had call international number to get someone to come to put the air con on staff was very rude towards us

Good breakfast.

Bad smell from wardrobes. When we arrived we were informed that the air conditioning does not work due to repair. It was 30 degrees outside and big humidity!!There was no air in the room to breathe. After a call to the owner and a longer discussion about this fact, we got a remote control for the air conditioning.The information about repairing air conditioning was a complete lie just to save on air conditioning costs!!
