Wellness Hotel Kager Harkány

The hotel was very nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious and good quality. Very nice place to relax enjoying the sauna and jacuzzi. I highly recommend it.

The property is located in a beautiful street, with its private parking. It is so cosy, rooms are clean, well equipped, ours with a nice view to the swimming pool, with beautiful terrace. Wellness is great, with good working hours (7.30 am to 9.30 pm), so we had plenty of opportunity to use it. Staff was really polite and helpful, kind and ready to answer every our question.

It is really minor, but there could be more salads and spreads for breakfast.

I was looking for a weekend getaway, and it was absolutely amazing! The breakfast and dinner buffet were rich and plentiful, the staff was very accommodating and actually spoke English, Soo there wasn't language barrier(they even knew some croatian)... Spa areas were lovely and very clean, staff was there if anything was needed... Even though the spa isn't too big it wasn't too crowded...Beds were comfortable and rooms kept up to standards everyday... It's in a nice and quiet area Soo you can definetly get a good night's sleep! All thanks for an amazing weekend, definitely recommend and am coming back to this hidden gem ;)

Maybe add a few more coat racks for bathrobes in the pool area

We liked the game room with darts and pool ?. The rooms are pretty nice, and ours was with a balcony. Staff is nice and ready to help.Location close to the city center.

Room was nice, neighbourhood was quiet, the main street was right around the corner.

We’ve booked this hotel as it was shown on Booking as the only hotel in Harkany with the EV charging station. At the check in the staff at the reception was surprised when we asked about the EV charging station as the hotel has no facilities for charging eletric vehicles. They even tried to convince us that they were not listed as such on Booking site. No help was provided by the staff to solve this issue and when they asked the hotel management how to solve it, manager refused to offer any help. This was very disappointing as they did not even try to solve the problem which was caused due to their fault.

Clean, very nice and warm room, with a good spa.

Swedish table was excellent. Dinner in hotel was better than dinners in restaurants in the town.

Massage was only on weekends. This could be during a week also.

It had an outside pool

The safe wasn’t working! We reported this to reception the morning after we arrived but the girl on duty couldn’t unlock it to reset. She told us someone would bring a second key the next day (after we checked out!). No apology for the inconvenience was offered - no pleasantry. She seemed too busy on her mobile & showed no empathy for us as guests.

I had booked two rooms for my family members. First thing is the communication of the hotel before the trip: they were very serviceable, kind and quick to reply. Second, the rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything they needed and more (hairdryer in the bathroom, earpicks and cotton tuffers etc). The staff was also very kind. Breakfast was delicious and had ample of choice, something for everyone's taste. Overall they spoke so nicely of it I'm sure they'll be back again, and will surely bring myself as well

Very nice hotel, nice and clean wooden rooms, good spa. Staff is very polite and friendly. Good breakfast. Near centre of Harkany, few minutes walk, in nice and quiet neighbourhood.

A little bit hard mattress for sleeping.

I liked the swimming pool and the jacuzzi bath. The room was large and had a small balcony. The area is very quiet. The breakfast was very good.

Older staff don't speak English. Just harsh German beside Hungarian of course.

The location of the hotel is excellent in a quiet street. Free parking. Spacious comfortable room. Nice bathroom. Bathrobe and special towel for sauna and pool.

The coffee machine in the room is missing.

I'm was together with son 2 month old. I'm pay for breakfast and will take breakfast to room but reception say me ita not possible. In restaurant everybody was without masks that way I'm don't want go there with my son and wife . I'm was frustrated really about this situation. Never again I'm go there. I'm change hotel and the rest of holiday was beautiful.

Very clean

No indoor pool, only hot tub. Very hot in whole hotel. Massage available only from 6-8 pm which we were not aware of.

Nice hotel, big room, very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice, all fresh. Indoor and outdoor pool very nice. It was fairly quiet at night.

Air-conditioning wasn't working, so when we arrived, the room was 35+ Celsius degrees. They offered a fan ?. We were very disappointed. No mosquito net either. WiFi doesn't work either. Pillows were very big and uncomfortable. Dinner was pricy for the quality.

Great design, delicious breakfast.

Unfortunately we could not use the swimming pool because of maintenance this time.

Wellness area is fantastic.
