Well located, friendly and comfortable.

Very clean, neat and basic room with a comfortable bed and nice sea view.Breakfast was plentiful and varied and served by friendly staff.

Hotel restaurant was full due to a conference being held there the night we were stayed but no recommendation for alternative restaurants nearby by dis-interested receptionist. No facility to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room or a coffee shop downstairs.Room needs a complete renovation, particularly the bathroom with cracked tiles.

The location was good, the place was clean and the breakfast excellent.

This is an old hotel and all the room facilities were dated. I didn't like the smallness of the shower, the lack of a power point by the bed and sheets & blankets on the bed rather than a duvet. The colour of the room was brown making it look dismal, but nevertheless it was spotlessly clean. The room just needed updating.

The hotel staff are lovely, extremely helpful and efficient.I asked for an airport shuttle and it was on time and at the cost stated. Taxi/ shuttle take card payment and was not far to the airport

While the staff are good, they speak excellent English.This hotel is extremely run down, the room smelt of lemon and bleach, I feel it was to cover up bad smells as in previous comments.It's noisy from dogs barking, other guests late into the night and early in the morning.Breakfast was ok but nothing exciting.It's about 10/15 minutes from the falconara maritime train station. Up hill.Nice sea view from room.However it's dirty walls, ripped wallpaper, rusty balcony and worn-out beds.It's ok for one night as a stopover, but it's very run down.

Handy place to stay near Ancona Ferry Port, clean, decent breakfast and easy parking.

Slightly dated facilities and a little tucked away, restaurant rather pricey

The staff was a bit cold with us, I asked for the airport transfer as it was specified as a service they offer paying 20 euro but they told me it’s was not available from 13:00 to 17:00, the room is not clean at all and the bed is not comfortable, not what I expected.

Normal hotel for its money. The most basic rooms, but quite clean, clean bed, old but neat bathroom, somewhat shabby furniture, but quite comfortable and cozy. Breakfast without frills and hot dishes, but quite suitable for a morning snack.

Location was good. Swimming pool is a bonus. Free parking. Breakfast was ok.

The AC in the room is very loud that I can’t sleep. Mattress too hard.

It’s a bit old structure, a little shabby, but it didn’t bother us very much. The hotel is highly up in the hill but hotel has its own transfer

It was very clean and very decent for a short stay, plenty parking which is very convenient.

The only bad think is that we forgot a dog matt and also my husband left his wedding ring on the bathroom, when we called back they have confirmed that nothing has been found, I would expect that cleaning staff should found and delivered those to the reception. Other than that everything was good!

Old hotel, needs renovation

The hotel is a bit old and needs some renovation - but it has its advantages. The pool is very pleasant, the breakfasts were also good (although the coffee was awful). Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and spoke good English. Convenient location and free parking. For short stay is OK.

The air conditioning worked quite poorly (it cooled the room, but it took quite a long time). The lift worked quite unreliably, we preferred to use the stairs instead.

Aircon didn’t work which made it very uncomfortable to get any sleep as it was so hot.

Ok for one night before flying if you want to stay close to the airport. Airport transfer offered.

The hotel was ok. The room was clean just that the bathroom was old with an old shower. However, the staff were nice and even offered to put a baby bed without me asking. The breakfast was good but was a normal italian style breakfast..quite simple.

The beds were horrible

The beds were the worst, matresses are very old and need to be replaced in all the rooms (80 rooms with very bad matresses,we checked different rooms), lying on the floor was better.. the room was very dirty also, it's an old hotel at least they need to replace the matresses. We wanted to sleep close to the airport but it turned out to be a very bad idea

The staff were not particularly forthcoming and restaurant rather depressing though good value

It’s quite comfortable eventhough it’s old.

It’s clean specially the bathroom. But the table and tv stand are dusty. The wardrobe content is also quite messy.

I went to Falcona Marattima as a stopover to see the nearby limestone Frassasi caves. Unfortunately, there was a train strike and I couldn't get there. The kind and friendly staff at the hotel showed me other things to visit in nearby Ancora. Thanks for that. Otherwise, the hotel room was clean and spacious with an ocean view.

Ok for a night, our room had a great view from above and of the sunrise. Very clean and ok the breakfast
