Everything. From the tasty fruits and honey at the breakfast to the highly palatable dinners. Oh, and the golf courses are just beautiful!

I’d love the sauna to be opened at least until 22:00. (currently closes at 20:00)

Wonderful breakfast selection and all food was excellent quality. Hotel was not overcrowded and spa area was very nice. Room was lovely. We will definitely come back again!

It should be made obvious that if one wants to book beauty treatments, it needs to be done in advance. The online booking form was not easy to find and it is not unreasonable to expect being able to book treatments when checking-in. Obviously there are not enough massage and beauty therapists to meet the demand.

Great relax hotel in the midle of the green nature. The hotel is well equipped, modern with an excellent spa area. The room is fine, bathroom amazing, the bed could be better. The breakfast is rich and healthy. Free parking opportunitie is an adventage

Room was really nice and specious. It was a nice view with good ambient, green and lovely. Spa and thermal pool was just perfect for relaxation with really good breakfast. It was really a nice and relaxing stay.

The internet connection was a bit poor in the rooms. Also it would be great if there were available tea for drink in the pool and especially in the spa area.

value for money- was very disappointed we couldn’t use the wellness area for the rest of the day (or at least a couple more hours) after check out.we booked full board, but had to ask for lunch on check out day - and were then told we have to wait 1 hour after check out to then go in street clothesto the wellness area to have lunch. made us not feel very welcome or that full board was worth it. room was overlooking loading dock and was very loud from early morning and until after 11 pm.

Great hotel for leisure, relaxing and enjoying the spa. The hotel is rather modern, room size okay, bathroom also fine. Rooms are coming with full board, the kitchen is fine. Parking is free close to the hotel.

All okay but for me missing the small unvisible details which makes a 5 stars hotel as perfect as it should. The staff is nice and smart but missing the real hospitality what really needs. The kitchen is okay but needs one small further step to become really delicious. The spa is fine just should have a few more staff there to make it unforgettable. The only thing what missed was the charging opportunity at the ben in the junior suit.All in all a great hotel in a perfect place?

This hotel is a fantastic choice for a nice getaway or a couples vacation. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and felt like it was the perfect amount of time. We managed to swim a lot, travel in the area by e-bikes and by car and still have a relaxing time.The room:We booked the junior suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was to the front of the hotel which wasn't that impressive but it was nice to have a balcony at all. The beds were large and comfortable and overall the room had everything we needed.The restaurant:With the full board option you will get to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast was very rich with a wide selection of salads, fruits, an omelette station, etc. Lunch was usually less impressive but still a nice concept of a salad and a starter and then a main dish with desserts. Dinner was varied with a 3 course menu + a buffet. We felt like there was too much food to be honest, but it's a good problem to have. The spa and pool: We loved the pool and the saunas. In the evening at about 19:00 there were almost no people at the pool and we could enjoy it all by ourselves. There were several saunas in different heats and concepts and we liked it too. My wife booked a massage and enjoyed it as well.Overall the stay was fantastic and was worth the money. We weren't overly amazed compared to other resorts we visited in the past but were fully satisfied and would therefore recommend the hotel to anyone.

It's difficult to think of things we didn't like. The hotel keeps usually a very high standard and while it usually makes for a fantastic experience, it also makes the small issues stand out a bit more. Therefore, here are a few issues which we would recommend the hotel to look into:1. The selection of vegetables compared to all the other food at the hotel was a bit lacking. The vegetables they did serve looked like they were frozen for a few days and not eatable. I was surprised that no chef or waiter saw their condition and took them back.2. On one of the evenings my wife got served rotten tomatoes as part of her dish. The staff were quite shocked to see it and we ofcourse politely returned it and simply received a new dish. But the fact that in such a place they would serve tomatoes in such a condition was surprising to say the least.These are minor points and these issues didn't at all impact our positive experience. These are just things to pay attention to next time, but can happen. My tip is, come to enjoy and relax and don't let anything disturb it. Then you will surely have a great time!

The location is amazing, very green and relaxing. The facilities are very comfortable, I really liked the gym and pool area. The breakfast is the best I’ve had at any hotel. The customer service was outstanding, particularly that of Stefanie, the reception manager. She was always happy to accommodate and help with any request.

The restaurant staff is very friendly, but service during dinner can be slow between 19:30 and 20:30.

Very friendly staff, great view from the room (the pool-side rooms are better), delicious food, great parking options, very quiet area.All in all, it`s a great location for a relaxing couple getaway

I chose this hotel because of the adult friendly concept and it has fulfilled my hopes, I could completely relax in the tranquility of the hotel. My room was very spacious and there was a nice balcony, too. The hotel is offering a wide selection of spa treatments (massages, body and face) - delivered by a professional and skilled staff. The 2 outdoor pools with different temperatures were great during the hot days. Breakfast was just perfect, all the meals (lunch and dinner) were carefully prepared and particularly tasty. It was great value for money.

the pool was nice however it was small and the lounge chairs for outside were a bit out dated. it is nice with the sauna however i think in summer it is not worth the money

Basically I all what consider a 5* hotel the place stands with all requirements standart. The room was quite OK the staff are nice the breakfast was absolutely perfect and the facilities ( spa/ swimming pool/ gym ) are great and with high quality. But...

this hotel is definitely over high prices then its should be its not match for 340€ per night ( only with breakfast) for this rate you can get a much higher level of luxury 5* hotel. For this lavel its need to be price for around 220-280 maximum. why? 1. The hotel is quite old once but it's understandable because I guess it was built many years ago but should the hotel must be makeover ? Definitely yes! the lobby quite tried and old fusion the rooms need to be refreshing ( special the wood floor) besides that it is very boring hotel and I'm talking about the grenal atmosphere .

Should be more coffee/capsules in the room ; for the guests who wake up very early, 1 coffee is a bit too little.

Spacious room. Dogs welcome. Clean. Quiet. Excellent food. Helpful staff. Plenty of space and loungers around pools. Very relaxing. Beautiful location.

Lumps in the mattress. No kettle or tea selection in room and only 2 coffee capsules and milk portions per room. Curtains didn't quite shut properly and no blinds or nets in rooms immediately above entrance.

We love the breakfast, lunch and dinner! The rooms are nice and big. The location is gorgeous, we went on a few beautiful runs. The pools and the spa area is beautiful and very comfortable!

Our stay was absolutely amazing, but if we could improve a few things this is what they would be:We missed a cold pool, for a dip after the sauna. The beds in the hotelroom are a bit hard. And lastly we missed strawberries at breakfast (also the croissants could be higher quality).

If you want a five-star experience, you are not looking for this hotel. This hotel would be more like a very strong three stars. The breakfast was plentiful, the so-called light lunch, I would rather say weak, the dinner was excellent, but the quality of the food did not reach five stars. I would like to highlight the staff, they were very polite and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the mold at the bottom of the windows didn't show so well. The equipment, the furniture, the floor are old. The wellness department was fine.
