Very friendly staff members! Room was ready and available 3 hours prior to normal check in. Hotel is right next to the Mariazell Cathedral. Very nice breakfast for a reasonable price. We hope to return to see the beautiful scenery.

The room was clean and quiet. The free parking behind the hotel was convenient. The breakfast was nice and a good value. The location was just off the village square. Everything was within a short walk. The outside seating made for a nice location to have a coffee and watch the activity in the town square. Overall, a nice place to stay that is convenient to all of Mariazell.

Calm, clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location.Breakfast was really good.

Perfect location, big room.

Wifi connection was really poor at our room 201.Staff were not helpfull, did not provide info about parking during reception.

We got a room with a wonderful view on the main square and surroundings. Staff was kind. Room was nice.

Perfect location clean good price good service

No issues

Room was completely Ok with view direct to the Main Square

Unfortunately, Breakfast was not included in Room Price

+ polite Hotel's staff+ clean room+ cosy restaurant-bar+ convenient bed+ the very center location of Mariazell (10-15 min walk to railway station and 5 min to ski station)+ good Wi-FI+ Early check-in is possible+ hair dryer+ water bath + Fresh beer in a bar :)

- some cold wind from window area (isolation) and some gap in a doorway - make the room temperature lower- there is no fence in bath (water from the shower can be on the floor)- lack of tea kettle in a room

Very good location in the main square and the hotel has a perfect atmosphere which fits into the great vibe of the beautiful Mariazell. The personnel was very kind and helpful. Great breakfast!

The hotel is in the city center, right across from basilica, the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent (13€ per person in 10/2024), parking is available and free.

Mattress is a bit too soft for us, but still, we slept like babies.

Very close to church

To get from back, private parking lot with bags was very challenging, wish they had told us to unliad when we were parked out front upon arriving

Nice hotel with a straightforward check-in process, good rooms and comfortable beds.

All was perfect

Excellent location, right in the center of Mariazell. Parking for the car is available nearby for free. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

A lot of dust in the room, could have been cleaned a little bit better.

Excellent, clean, newly renovated. The staff was super friendly and competent.

It was perfect.

Location. View from Balcony. Size of room. Comfort. Everything was good, wished I could stay longer.

Reception closed 8pm. I just made it 7.45pm. I was panicking

Good location, parking

Upon arrival the receptionist let me know we had breakfast included in our reservation because we booked on booking.com; I double checked with her since I didn’t remember including breakfast when I made the reservation but she insisted. The next morning we had breakfast and then proceeded to check out and the receptionist at the time told me he was going to charge us for breakfast (€13/pp) and when I told him we were informed otherwise, he told me it was optional to have breakfast and since we opted for it, I shouldn’t pretend I didn’t know. It was not only a 26 euro extra charge but I was also made feel like I was in the wrong. I feel scammed.

Excellent place, easy access, friendly and helpful staff.

The beds were very bad - one completely fell apart and the bed in the spare room was so soft that you couldn't sleep in it at all.

Staff was very friendly. Location is super

It was a bit cold in the room at night

Good as always when I stay in Mariazell. Central location, hotel parking, good breakfast.
