The location is great and the staff were also excellent. The spar is very good

The gym is small and no Halal food

Everything was amazing from the room and the staff and spa and pool.

The dinner was not in our taste we wanted to eat for example meat and the only option was one sort of meat that wasn’t even tasty.

Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. Rooms were clean. Pool and spa area was very clean and enjoyable. The bar and food was well priced.

You have to park on the road as the car park isn't big enough. The rooms are not air-conditioned but fans are provided. The shower is in the bedroom, so if you were staying with a friend it would be tricky. Only German speaking channels on the TV, most hotels I have stayed in have at least one English news channel.

Very good breakfast, and nice spa/swimming pools open until late! Very welcoming staff!

No air conditioning or ventilation in our room - a bit too hot for a summer night

The service was amazing. When we arrived in the hotel, we got offered a glass of Prosecco or juice as a welcome drink and we got an update for a better suite. Everywhere was very clean. The spa facilities I can only recommend!

The pillows were not the best, but you can sleep on it.

Sauna starting at 10, earlier would have been nicer.Pools were too small for a spa.

Sauna was very Full. But it was a rainy weekend in November so that was somewhat to be expected. The staff tried and do the best with the situation and made you feel comfortable otherwise.

We loved the heated outdoor swimming pool, saunas, food from restaurant and breakfast. For 5 euros per night we had the possibility to park in private underground parking, but there is also the possibility to park in front of the hotel for free. The staff is also very friendly. We will definitely come back next time.

The food, the staff, the sauna

The shower is beside the bed. I've never seen that in my life. Not even in the cheapest hostel I've been. For the price of the night I expected at least a normal room.

nothing in English, we didn’t understand we couldn’t use the spawe also didn’t understand the food menu,we ended up only eating the appetizers. the staff did their best to try and helpus with limited English

It is decorated nicely. Breakfast was nice. The breakfast staff was extremely pleasant. We were welcomed with cheerful greetings. The rest staff was friendly and helpful.

Though the facility and the amenities were good, I think it was a little overpriced. No air conditioning available in the building. The dining area and lobby were very warm.

The staff in the restaurant was absolutely incompetent in the evening. Everything was chaotic and unfriendly, the dinner was disappointing.The breakfast was perfect…I don’t understand the huge difference.

Great hotel with its own spa. Tasteful and rich breakfasts and dinners.Very pleasant staff.Other spas available nearby.

The breakfast buffet was excellent in quality, choice and quantity. The only thing I missed was ready made Müesli. The service was excellent.

The room was very modest, and I did not like having the shower inside the bedroom.

The rooms were fantastic and very large.The bar area was also pleasant.

The spa area was overcrowded, the quiet areas never quiet due to constant movement of guests, talking and loud conversations in the shower/spa area. The restaurant was chaos. Staff hadn’t really an idea about customer service and the food was average.
