Parkhotel Bad Griesbach

The swimming pool was excellent, it was lovely swimming outside and inside, water was nice warm, nice atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner was lovely, good variety at both dinner and breakfast. Staff were very helpful and loved trying out there English which we appreciated. The staff were very helpful taking luggage up to ruin and back to the car when we left

The parking, there were no disabled facilities for parking, we don't except not to pay, but to be parked over 100 meters from the entrance when neither of us could walk wasn't very good, and we struggled getting in and out of the cars as we need both doors to open wide, on our second night the last on reception was very helpful and sorted out a better parking space but we still struggled opening the doors. Think this is the first hotel we have stayed at and not had proper disabled parking spaces

A very well run hotel excellent wellness facilities very clean very good staff being elderly I particularly enjoyed the breakfast which I had delivered to my room, a real luxury. Would definitely recommend.

The dinner menu was amazing, so was the chosen dish. The breakfast buffet had plenty of things to offer, you really have to be the pickiest person on the planet if you cannot find something that suits your taste. The swimming pools are fantastic, open until 9pm. Definitely worth taking the time to enjoy it. The hotel respected the room preference that I have indicated ahead of time and accommodated it.

The staff behind the reception desk was grumpy and quite irritating. English is not really spoken all that well, they try to avoid it and instead explain things in German as soon as they realize that you speak the language to a certain degree. I have signed up for overnight parking at the underground garage (5 euro/night) and they have assigned a spot at the complete opposite end, fully knowing that I was alone with two little children. Not very thoughtful, as I had to schlepp the kids through the entire dark parking garage whenever we had to get to the car. Parking spots are insanely tight, you have no chance getting in/out without having to close your mirrors first. The hotel claims to be child friendly, but we haven't even gotten a child seat offered at the restaurant. You meant to keep your voice down at all places (not always easy with small people) as most hotel guests were 65+ers. Not really ideal with small children, as you always get a certain look from other guests if any noise disrupts the silence.

For the premium rooms there should be access to premium TV stations as well (like SKY, Netflix, ...)

All in this hotel is THE BEST:- THE BEST thermal spa with inside 36 dgr, and outside 28 dgr. pools.- THE BEST breakfast and dinner.- THE BEST comfortable room just few steps from thermal area.- THE BEST people everywhere in hotel.= clear choice for someone, who like to spent relaxing time in full comfort. Definitely we will come back.

wonderful staff, very nice location. The food in the lobby restaurant is highly recommended.

Actually nothing much to really complain but felt the restaurant in evening was a little crowded and food could have been a little better. Also breakfast buffet has a lot of choices but little more qualitative products for the price would not be bad.

As so many times before: Great services, helpful staff, nice facilities

A small drawback at breakfast: Contrary to before, you need to queue now for any kind of egg (scrambled, sunny side up etc). That produces a long wait while your coffee and toast are getting cold. Please change it back to „self service“…

maybe too long corridors but that’s also fine when you get used to. it’s just we had three rooms and one was really apart so we had many steps to do

As always in this nice hotel - everything was the BEST. It's a really nice place and if someone is looking for a TOP wellness hotel in Bad Griesbach, it's a good choice. We will definitely be back soon.
