Pool,sauna,good comunication with reception

Waiter who told me in the morning when i eat breakfast why i not seat with my friend together if we are friend we not need seat for 2 table

We like location and convenient parking. Breakfast was nice, but same each morning, so for short stay it is fine, but not for long one, we did not like the coffee at all.

Restaurant was closed. We missed coffee/tea making facilities in the room and also small sofa would be lovely. Water was given to the room only first day, next day empty flask was left in the room. Lady at the receptiom did not provide a lot of information during the check-in, even I have asked, answers were short and the guest info in the room provided only in Geman language.

The hotel was very clean and the surroundings are very nice.

After checking in, we noticed the room was too hot. We asked for a ventilator or a change since my wife is pregnant, but they did not have any. About 2hs after checking in, we had an emergency and there was NOBODY there to help (Saturday before 8pm). There was a note in the reception saying they will be back the next day at 9am. Also nobody answered the hotel phone number. There was only a very gentle waiter and the chef in the restaurant, completely left alone. Unacceptable and disappointed. I would not recommend the hotel.

Good parking, nice breakfast, and a super pool with wellness

Lovely place in the country side. Restaurant - just a few choices, but that was ok. Best fish dish we have had in many years.Breakfast was good

A cooler breakfast room but that is problematic if you have +32 degrees outside

Thank you to all the friendly staff who assisted us during our stay - there was an issue with a radiator that was promptly fixed! The spa area within the venue had 2 large swimming pools and a few sauna areas to relax in, and we were able to do just that. The property is also located in an extremely quiet area, very close to nature, and we really enjoyed looking out from the spa at the wonderful colors of autumn

The room itself was not very comfortable, with some old furniture and especially loud/squeaky parquet floor. Every step we or our neighbors tool made a lot of noise, which was particularly annoying in the early hours of the morning when other guests started leaving. Not recommended for light sleepers. Also, the hotel's own restaurant was not open for guests at the time of our stay. If it opens soon, it would be more convenient as you cannot go to other restaurants in the area without a car

The hotel is great, Spa area really nice, tidy and clean. We decided to leave earlier but everything was super nice.

everything. facilities such as pool and wellness center from head to toe. the manager with a dog was such a nice person.. he managed everything he could.. wellness center ms. May tabbakh was also nice. had a detox massage before checkout in their center. i recommend this hotel to anyone who wants peace and serenity and get rejuvenated too.

nothing.. except that would be nice to have coffee/tea/kettle in room as their restaurant is not always open. otherwise, it is perfect..

Spacious, comfortable room with a fridge, sofa, wardrobe and coffee table. The bathroom was also big and well-maintained. The lady at the reception was very nice.

We got woken up by roosters starting from 5am. The sound insulation was not the best towards the corridor either. The TV reception was bad.

The swimming pool was just perfect for us and our kids. The views to the garden were very relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was also delicious.

Restaurant was not open so we had to drive to the nearby village to get our dinner.
