Location was ideal for skiing as it’s not even a 2 minute walk from the lift. Great food! Family run business

Very friendly staff, very accommodating for you wishes. Excellent food at the restaurant. Great position of the hotel, next to the ski lift and slopes, short walking distance.

It was very nice, the hotel is great, clean, Surrounding was great. Service was nice, polite.

We like the location, food, comfort, no need to look for a restaurant in the evening. Easy parking, close to the slope and COOP.

Pleasant

The rooms were cold. Heating was completelly of in the room, outside was 5 degrees. We have arrived in the evening, when the heating was going to night-saving mode, so we were unable to get the room warm. Very disappointing that the staff did not heat the rooms and left them completely cold. They were helpfull and gave us electrical heater so we could bump the temperature up a little, but the floor, bathroom and everything still was cold. It took until next day the temperature to rise to comfy level.For a 4-star hotel, I would expect also at least mini-bar or tiny refrigerator, and also kettle with few tea bags in the room. Although the equipment was rather 3.5-star, not 4-star, the staff was very kind, heplfull and did their best (except the heating). Also, breakfast was very good.

Service is special, you can talk directly to the owners. Very nice people. Excelent breakfast. For lunch or dinner, the restaurant is very good for the price. There is a supermarket and other options close-by.

Nothing to complain about.

The location is great, near a ski lift. The room was very nice and clean. There was enough space for our clothes for the weekend for two and enough space for toiletries in the bathroom also. Breakfast was nice, with a sufficient choice for us. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in Lipno which is very convenient too. A storage room for skis and bikes is available as is a separate storage space for skiing boots with driers.

Great location, not far from the city center where everything happens (about 3 minutes walk), but far enough so that you don't hear all the noise. Very close to many other attractions there (mainly the bobsleigh track and chairlift - if you ski or want to go for the treetop walk)... Hotel has 3 stars but should rather be 3S or 4 star.

The restaurant seem to be crowded during evenings (they cook quite well), so you could have problem getting a seat without reservation.

We only stayed here for a night but we had a very pleasant stay. Room was nice and had a balcony with great mountain view.Restaurant personnel was very friendly and even served drinks a the (small) pool.

It’s a bit farther from the lake and restaurant area (but we didn’t mind).

Close to lift, clean room, great ski view, very nice staff!

It was awesome stay,everything was clean,they have a space where you can put your skis and shoes to get dry,really nice and friendly staff,it is right next to the ski slope,and food,we booked a places for dinner which was absolutely perfect and breakfast in the morning as well.

Perfect location, helpfull staff, good kitchen, everything super clean, parking at hotel, skilocker, heated skiboot change room, free sleighs to use, play garden..

We took the family appartment: a slightly bigger sofa or 2 more one-seats would have been better.We knew there wasn't one so no complaint but a sauna in hotel would make it even better.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is nice.
