The location.

It is very expensive compared to how the room looks like and how tiny the rooms are..You have to pay a lot extra for parking even thought it’s outside in the snow anyways..The rooms have pretty much no sound isolation. You hear everything from the hallway and other rooms, there is always some noise during the night as well. Not a quiet environment unfortunately.

Great location with everything nearby

I can't imagine staying here in Summer because there is no air-conditioning. You can't sleep when it's hot. But if they decide to put air-conditioning in the rooms, we will definitely stay here more often, in summer

If you like nature the location is perfect regardless the season you visit the hotel. Breakfast is of high quality.

1. The personnel in the hotel’s restaurant had a very unprofessional attitude and are in urgent need of behavioral training. Management should look into this matter seriously.2. Room could be cleaner. We found hairs in the sheets.

Kindly staff, very good breakfast, plenty food. Our rooms were really clean and roomy.

The parking area is not free, but there is a lot of free parking slots around.

Great location, next to all of the best activities in the area. Very close to the lake and a lovely view of it.

The stairs a in the room. It my opinion its not suitable for families with small children. We didn’t ask for a different room- maybe there are different room options for families

Location was great, stuff was friendly.

During our stay for 1 night we were bothered by over 6 flies in the room. An insect net on the windows would be a great addition for the hotel with so many insects

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times now, and each visit has been an overall pleasant experience. The hotel maintains a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making it our go-to choice whenever we’re in the area. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, which adds to the positive vibe of the place.One of the highlights of our stay is the breakfast, which never disappoints. There’s a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you're in the mood for something light, like fresh fruit and yogurt, or prefer a heartier meal with eggs, bacon, and pastries, the buffet has something for everyone. The food is always fresh, and the breakfast area is clean and well-organized.

While there’s a lot to love about this hotel, one small area for improvement would be the cleaning. During our last visit, we found some air (dust) on the bed and in the bathroom. While it wasn’t a dealbreaker, a little more attention to detail in cleaning would go a long way in making the overall experience even better.That being said, the quality, comfort, and value for money still make this hotel a top choice for us, and we will likely return again in the future.

Close both to the treetop adventures and the lake; very good breakfast and the duplex room was very comfortable

It is close to several attractions- bicycle rentals, treetop walk, car cable, boat rental and more.The place looks relatively new and all the facilities were great.The staff was nice and helpful

The parking is kind of an issue, but it did no affect our stay.

The fact that there is a need to pay for parkingLaundry services can be a very good amenity, even if with additional cost, as we couldn't find any such service in Lipno or in the other towns nearby

The staff is kind and professional, and the hotel is stylish, inviting, and clean with a nice aesthetic. The rooms are also relatively spacious. The location is fantastic, as it's surrounded by a lot of green space and is just minutes away from many activities, whether you're walking or driving.

The breakfast buffet is on level -1, which can feel claustrophobic when the room is full. While dining is available on both levels -1 and 0, guests seated upstairs must go downstairs for any refills. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant and coffee shops close very early.

The location is perfect. Next to the chairlift and a short walk to the lake. There's a grocery store and a bike/ski rental place next door.

The A/C is adjusted centrally and if you want them to turn it on for your room anyways, they will (well they did for us but we had two babies). This is a daily request though because the next day it's off again. They also do not have a bike pump in their bike storage room which would have been nice

We booked a deluxe duplex room with a terrace and air conditioning, which was ideal for our family of two adults and two children, who slept comfortably upstairs. We highly recommend booking a room with air conditioning, as the weather was chilly (15°C), yet the room still felt too warm. The location was excellent, with numerous activities within walking distance, including a treetop trail, chair lift, bicycle rentals, bobsled track, a small zip line, restaurants, and more. We rarely needed to use our car! It was really enjoyable stay!

The shower was inconvenient, lacking a holder for the showerhead, which required holding it during use. Additionally, the bathroom counter height was uncomfortably high. We also found the hotel restaurant disappointing. However, these were minor issues overall.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast.

Extra pay for the parking.There wasnt any mosquitos protection.

Booked a room that clearly stated bathtub as well as had photos of this only. However, the room we received had a shower. Instead of the receptionist trying to resolve the matter in a calm and professional way, he proceeded to be defensive and stated that if i had a certain request that i should have contacted them in advance. My position is that why should i have to contact them about room features that were clearly included in the room details on booking.com. Long story short it turns out that he admitted the details were wrong on Booking after showing him the app and should change it in the future. He did not suggest to change rooms but only to cancel our stay and refund us if we are not happy after coming all this way to the hotel. Totally an unsatisfactory answer, and i had to be the one to research available rooms and suggest a downgrade to get what we wanted though paying the price for the better room. This is not the first time i had such an unpleasant encounter with the male receptionist but the rest of the staff is professional. Second time staying there and both times he managed to make the arrival very very UNPLEASANT.

No vegan options on the menu

A very comfortable hotel, perfectly situated for access to the chair lift. Breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately our trip was ruined by the disappearance of a pair of new ski-boots from the hotel ski storage room. The hotel responded politely but unhelpfully to our complaint suggested we file a police report but offering no compensation or support (other than words). This resulted in a very expensive trip. I wrote to the hotel on returning home but received no response which was very disappointing. Take care with your equipment at this hotel.
