The location is fantastic, great chose of saunas. Clean surrounding. Very comfortable beds.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disappointment.The food quality was particularly poor., especially comparing with other OREAs. Breakfasts were weak, with a very limited and repetitive selection. On one occasion at dinner, the fish served was raw in the middle. There was a very poor assortment of vegetables and fruit available, also the desserts were tasteless and of low quality.The staff behaved oddly and very few of them spoke Czech, which made communication difficult. I would also like to mention the man responsible for taking care of the llamas, his behavior was aggressive and completely inappropriate, especially in a family-oriented environment.The price for renting children’s sleds was unreasonably high. The children’s indoor play area is poorly maintained: they are dirty, barely supervised, and the equipment is already damaged and falling apart.Overall, the price and quality are completely disproportionate. The level of service and facilities does not justify the high cost of the stay.

The hotel is located in the forest, surrounded by ski&bike parks.The gorgeous nature of Šumava.Rich breakfasts, part of which is prepared on-site.The grocery stores are in the village nearby (approx. 5 min by car and 30 min by walk), or you can have dinner at the hotel for an extra charge.

The spa had only 1 whirlpool and 2 saunas. The 1 and only shower is placed outdoors.I hope that after the current reconstruction the spa, pool, and fitness will have enough place for guests. And maybe some private spa rooms to book ? (date: mid-May.2025)

We liked the friendly staff in the dining room and at the main reception. The breakfast and dinner were also good - a nice of choice of food and high quality. The view from our room was stunning!

The beds were too soft for us. Also, the outdoor wellness wasn't what we expected - the sauna wasn't hot enough.

It was all you need for family stay. Very happy with our stay and would like to come back again :) The stuff was very nice. The kids playroom was very well though. Having lamas around was also a great for kids. Thanks!

The pool and wirral pool needs a refreshment. The mattress were not so comfortable for us but it could be an individually for everyone.

The hotel is located in a beautiful region. Despite the fact that it was full of tourists, everything was very calm, organized and silent. We could rest very well without being disturbed. The Czech people are welcoming, respectful, friendly and utmost helpful. The food was fresh, tasty and we were served a variety of dishes every day. The hotel interior has a pleasant design with comfortable and big rooms, and it is spotless everywhere. It is perfect for families with children as there are specific activities and playgrounds, also two very friendly alpacas.

Hotel service was great, so was the breakfast / dinner buffet as well as the wellness facilities.

Fee for dog with 20€ per night is excessive. Pillows are too high/uncomfortable.

The rooms are very clean and there were plenty of food options to choose from. There is also a bar with amazing cocktails. We stayed in January and winter surrounding was really nice. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times.

We went as a couple to enjoy the spa weekend, but the spa itself could be better. There are two small saunas, both for around 6 people at the same time, and also a pool. We booked a massage, but afterwards we weren't really sure if the person who did the massage really is a qualified masseur. There were many people with children, including in the sauna, which isn't something bad, but just a reminder for the people who want an ''adult experience''.

Absolutely loved our mountain retreat! The breathtaking views, serene environment, and cozy accommodations made for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend for nature lovers!

In breakfast buffets, they allow to take sandwiches or some left over. Which is great for family with kids for hiking snack.

The Spa. I do not recommend massage here. They charge a lot but quality is terrible. Don’t get fool by marketing or what is written in the menu.

The location was stunning. Exceptional. We loved it.

Sometimes it was visible that some original facilites weren’t replaced. The parking lot was pretty packed on Friday with no rules. The wellness was a bit outdated but fair.

Excellent location with superb mountain view, quiet place in the middle of forests. Fantastic breakfast... Small but nice wellness with 10m pool, whirpool, sauna, steam cabin and water/Tea/fruits available for free... Nice and friendly staff.... well kept house...

The staff was always smiling and ready to help, even with some special arrangement. Breakfast and buffet dinner were extraordinary.

Only the weather could have been better. But this is mountains.

Absolutely amazing view, perfect breakfast, comfy beds. Nice surprise when we arrived - lemonades and cakes were waiting for us in the room :)

It was a great place to stay, it's a bit colder so pack your jacket. Spa was relatively full but may be due to school holidaysExtremely friendly staff, it would be better if they reduce frequently of checking tables when to remove plates, while having breakfast. Breakfast and dinner area not so cosy and looks like university canteen. Not so much choices for dinner in the restaurant but everything they had tasted really good. Overall positive impression.

Breakfast was ok.

We booked a room with a balcony and they gave us a room on the 1st floor above the restaurant. It was not comfortable at all due to the smell coming out from there and also the people sitting outside.We asked to move to a different floor but they told us that there are no rooms available (even though the hotel didn’t seem full at all). We booked the room a few weeks in advance to avoid this situation. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant welcome to the hotel. Bathroom was very small and there was no one big bed as requested but 2 small ones attached together. There are only 2 slow elevators so most of the time we needed to go by stairs from 1st to 0, -1 and -2.
