Hotel Neumarkt

It was clean, spacious, practical. Beds were comfortable. Dogs friendly.

Breakfast. It was ok, but did not meet our expectations. Bread, butter, marmalade. Would pay for extra.

requested 3 separate beds due to the fact that we travelled as 3 adults but received 2 rooms with one having a queen size bed instead of 2 separate beds...

taking in consideration that we booked for 3 adults with request of having 3 separate beds we received only 2 queen size beds.

Excellent location, nice, clean room. Beds are comfortable. Perfect for a 1 night stopover. Burger King is just opposite the hotel. Breakfast was included. (It is in the restaurant part of the petrol station.)

We didn’t realise we needed to check in at the petrol station. We had to ring the hotel as we couldn’t figure out how to get in. We don’t speak German so we couldn’t read the sign next to the entrance. There was no information about how to check-in in the email or anywhere. (Unless I missed it somehow). Apart from this it was a positive experience and we would happily stay there again. (we know what to do next time.)

The location was perfect for breaking a journey from Croatia to UK, just off the motorway with plenty of food choices and a rapid EV charger. The staff were very welcoming to me and my dog. There was no extra charge for the dog. The bed was spacious and comfortable. It isn't a luxury hotel, it's a truck stop, but the price reflects this and if all you want to do is have something to eat and then sleep it's great.

Breakfast was very basic I would rather have paid a little more for a cooked breakfast.

We were able to get a room quick.

The staff at the reception has zero customer skills. Was rude and made me feel like I got the room for free somehow. The cleaning guy or handyman(not really sure) was smoking weed in the parking lot. The entire area was infested with wasps due to the outrageous amount of garbage left everywhere.

Excellently located close to the highway with easy checkin in the 24 H gas station next door.

Room was very warm, so we had to have the bottom floor window towards the parking lot open, which wasn't great.

We tried first to get a room from the reception, said that the hotel is full. On Booking.com I was able to get a room. The person in reception was in fact disturbed that we booked online and took us like 40 mins to get the room. In fact all the staff is bored and very unfriendly. In the morning we took breakfast in the shop which in fact was OK, just that was not clear what is included or not, the lady there was very grumpy also. We actually like the location, very handy when you drive all day to find a hotel on the road, with parking and a opened shop where you can buy some basic stuffs. The room was clean and beds were really good, but staff really need to improve the services.

Car park was definitely a plus. Facilities in the room were adequate. Member of staff on duty when we arrived was very helpful

Restaurant was very hot and flies everywhere. Continental-type breakfast served on a plate with no choice so you got what you were given. Morning staff not friendly at all.

Perfect location for an overnight stay

Whole building extremely warm. Heater was on when we arrived (on a warm summer day)No airconditioning.No fridge.Breakfast is just 2 buns.

Close to the motorway, suitable for one night transit. Room big enough, shower with good drainage system. Nice amenities in the room.

The cleanliness needs a bit of attention. On the floor next to the TV cabinet, it was a spiderweb.

Great location next to the autobahn! Has everything you need and all facilities nearby!

It was hard to find someone to check in and obtain the key!

The hotel is in an excellent location to stop off on a long journey. Food and drink is served all night in the shop. Hotel was really clean and quiet,

An old hotel with poor facilities.

Hotel was hidden at the back of a garage/restaurant and locked when we arrived.Had to ask where obscured reception was., and had to walk to another building for breakfasrt

Nice room setup, and social area in the central. Good parking area for cars.

The room was a bit smelly due to earlier smoking, however the room was a nonsmoking room!

Ok food

This was actually a gas station with a few rooms at the back side. The restaurant was locaded in the gas statioon and not so nice place. The price was fairly high for this type of hotel.
