    Pros +

    • The hotel was nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the way they trick you. On Booking It says breakfast included, it turned out it wasn't. We received a message asking to confirm the breakfast and pay 12 euros for adults and 5 for children. We refused.
    • The place is very basic but very clean and fairly comfortable. It’s suitable for a one night stay, but not for more than that.
    • it was a nice little place to stay with Onsite parking. I was able to easily park onsite and rooms were clean and big.

    Cons -

    • There were tea and coffee facilities but no mugs to make the tea in!
    • There is nothing to complain.
    • This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in!!! The room was full of dust, hair and spider webs. It looked like it was not cleaned before our arrival. We had to get rid of few spiders in the bedroom and bathroom. They were using the children room as their laundry room so there was a horrible smell. We arrived at 8.30pm and they were still doing their laundry which they came to collect later in the evening. There was no internet in the room and despite us insisting they help with the connection, they didn't. The window on the roof of the bathroom was left open and because it rained, there was water in the middle of the room. Very disappointing ☹️

The facility is located in a picturesque and serene village. The property has its own private garage just outside the rooms and the price includes breakfast as well! There was available tea and coffee as well as a coffee machine and a kettle.

The personnel were not speaking English at all, the bathroom wear and tear was obvious and especially the shower cabin which definitely needs to be changed. The breakfast although was delivered at best effort by the personnel is very basic and lacks fresh ingredients like fruits and salads. There was a mixup with the room reservations and another customer was knocking on our door in the middle of the night after having received the same room number reservation. The room had a glass door at the entrance of the room and the outside light was visible all night long and the morning light awakened us quite early..

We had the entire second floor apartment to ourselves, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WC, and a cozy bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed – fridge, oven, coffee machine, and more. The place was also *super clean* – spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made us feel even more comfortable. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony – absolutely next level! We arrived late and exhausted, but Birgit’s warm welcome instantly made us feel at home. She is by far the best host we’ve ever had – so thoughtful, kind, and accommodating. She even placed toys in the kitchen for our kids, so they had something to play with first thing in the morning. It’s these little touches that made a big difference. The village itself is charming and peaceful – a perfect escape. Parking was conveniently available behind the house, making everything super easy. Our family absolutely loved the stay and were genuinely sad to leave. This place and the village turned out to be one of the most unexpected highlights of our trip.Thank you, Birgit, for making our stay so special. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Decent location, situated in a small town not far from the motorway.

Of the 3 rooms reserved, one had a drain blockage and there was a foul smell in the room. Also, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Comfy beds, clean rooms and great breakfast.

Tile floors were really cold, like really. Bring your slippers :)

    Not that much

Dirty room. Some broken parts like the shower cabin. Dirty walls with holes. all in all out datet. There where nu cups for the coffee. The central box for electricity for the other rooms was in our room and we het to reset the fuse for another room 2 times. The room smelt a but unpleasant.

Breakfast was nice. We had enough of meal and it was fresh and delicious.

We didn’t have the internet , as it was main for us and it was written that they have it we book this hotel. But after arriving we found that it’s not working. There was no stuff whim we could ask about to help us , and via booking communication was so low. With such price I supposed to have a more high quality service. Also the transparent door to the wc was a bit confusing , didn’t see it on the pictures.

It is located in a small town which is quite close to Nüremberg via car. The price and the service (especially room facilities such as offering coffee and various tea, hot water, clean sheets) along with an efficient breakfast are the best sides of the property. I would definitely recommend.

The location and the little village type of outdoor atmosphere was nice. But the room was dirty - small hair all over si

    Terrible

Terrible bed, dirty, toilet roll were black nasty fingers on, wet bed sheets and noise from the churchbells. All for 270 eur a night!

There is a really good restaurant just nearby and the host is very kind.

They only have 3 spots for parking, once they are taken you have to find another solution. It wasn’t really clean, there was dust and a little insect in the shower - all its functions by the way were not even working. One afternoon they did some renewal jobs in my room, keeping it open all the time and it was cold in the night. And that prevented me from working as well. I can’t say I enjoyed my stay.

    Nothing!

Our experience with Hotel Hof 19 was awful. We were traveling a long distance from Zagreb to Nurnberg, arriving late night on 18/08 at Hotel Hof 19, booked for one night. Unfortunately, no instructions have been provided to us for self-check-in (room number, code for entrance, etc.) in my profile via Booking platform. The tables in front of the hotel were not useful. Therefore we tried to contact the owner / responsible person via the provided phone number but there were no responses to our calls. After several attempts with no result, we had to seek for alternative accommodation in Nurnberg, which caused extra costs to us.

Late check in available, contactless, breakfast was lovely.

Breakfast and the hosts were very nice!

The shower is old and the water gets out of it easily, so we were walking in water.

Location is quite good, a lttle off of from highway. A very little nice town next to Nurnberg. Breakfast was charming, very basic but we liked it. Atmosphere were nice and items served ok. Warm buns ! Room is good size for family and with own entrance. Entry with keys got from key safe with pin code.

I read other quests warning about check in problems and it is really the weakest point. We arrived just before sun went down. Nobody was there and everything were dark. Called to phone number in reservation confirmation no ansver. We got connection via whatsapp from different number. After 30min we got pin code but it was not correct, again waiting and new code which works. Room was not prepared for us, we booked for 4 person but rooms was prepared for 2. No extra bed linen stored. Again waiting and got after 30min code for another room from where we borrowed bed linen. This was absolutely not worth it. Just choose dfferent accomodomation if you want hassle free overnight. Last but not least humidity in room were very high. No aircon, no ventilation, not even from bathroom. Only way is to open windows. Backyard were completely dark must have own light if need to go outside. Beds and pillows have seen their better life already sometime ago, It feels like there is noody who cares about whole process. Whole place have a lot of potential but it certaily requires a lot of work too.
