- Beautifully appointed room. Front desk staff very helpful on city recommendations and also finding me a quiet meeting room to work in b/4 departure.
- Basic hotel ¿. Still trying to figure out what makes this a five star hotel. From the lobby to the room, there was nothing special about this hotel. Breakfast should have been included.
- Location, staff and rooftop terrace
Cons -
- Room AC had major problems the first night. Front desk tried to help but to no avail. No gym at property.
- There was one overbearing female employee at the front desk who reprimanded other employees in front of customers. Bad form.
- The breakfast was not that great. There was also the smell of exhaust coming into the room. I¿m not sure where it was coming from, but I could hear machinery operating so I think it must¿ve been from that.
