We arrive 4 people after long day of meetings. Just wanted to eat get shower and sleep We were waiting one and a half hour for food that don’t arrive what we ordered. No one in the restaurant speak English and was so unpleasant not professional at all. I had client of mine with me that was so embarrassed.

Breakfast and buffet was amazing! Nice and renovated place to stay near Verona if you travel with a car.

It is located next to highway so I would reccomend to book a room for internal view.

Excellent, large property with good size rooms and excellent service. We were here for a wedding, the location was perfect.

The swimming pool was closed in June.

We liked that it was so open and bright and had lots of leisure spaces to chat with friends. The staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough for you.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are big. The young man from the reception was really nice and helpful even if we check in at midnight. The food from the breakfast is of good quality even if there are few choices and the coffee and chocolate croissants are great.

We didn't like the attitude of the lady who was suppose to supervise the breakfast. Although they have a very nice restaurant she forbids clients to stay in the window area and sends them in a corner near a toilet. I don't understand why you should arrange the tables for lunch in the breakfast time instead of allowing clients to enjoy your premises.We arrived at the breakfast one day one day at 9 o'clock (it was open until 10). There were a type of ham, one type of cheese, one spoon of omlet and 2 pieces of bacon, fruits and sweet treats ! The lady supervising the area ignored us and didn't offer anything. After us, some italian people came and she offered to prepare some eggs for them, assuming that we don't understand italian- it was very rood!!!Also, what seemd very strange to us is was that you have one glass on your breakfast table and it is the only one you can use. So...if you drink milk you can't have water or juice....another way to cut costs!!!!

Not for people on vacation, nothing to do very poor location in middle of industrial area, nearest small village to have meals is about 20 km.Don't recommend this for travellers on vacation or without own transportOnly positive is the friendly staff.

Breakfast at this hotel is rather very small. No vegetables at all. All we got is scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, ham, cheese and sweets. It is kind of enough, but larger choice would be better especially that this is a 4 star hotel.

The bathroom was lovely, big and modern.The bed was comfortable and large.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the bar not available in the afternoon to get a coffee or other hot/cold drink.When the bar did open early evening we wanted to sit outside but they had to unlock the door to let us out. Wi-fi very patchy sitting outside the bar even though there are many tables and chairs out there for guests.No information in the rooms regarding bar opening time, restaurant etc. We were told about breakfast times at check-in and we asked what time the restaurant opens for dinner but after a long day travelling we quickly forgot and with no information in the room it was guess work until we found it all in the lift! ?Bed comfy but we only each had one very soft pillow. Also bedding not sufficient and I was cold as no extra blanket in the room. Usually one can find extra pillows and a blanket on the wardrobe but none. I ended up putting a towel on top of the bed and turning up the heating!Breakfast. We entered and the man from reception was at the bar area. He said good morning, then picked up his paperwork and walked away. No greeting and no idea where we should sit or what we should do. As we were first to arrive we seated ourselves then headed to the buffet area to begin serving ourselves. A member of serving staff then rushed over to tell us we were using the wrong serving utensils and followed us to every serving station watching what we were doing which made me feel uncomfortable so I went back to the table without much on my plate. Room although generally clean and comfy - there was a large brown stain on the floor and although it clearly says no smoking in the room there were what appear to be 2 cigarette burns on the carpet. Kind staff(Stefan). Large rooms, great restaurant. Location near the highway, good for stay when on road.

The hotel was good and the personel very helpful , room very clean, however, you need a car to stay in this hotel, the bus stop is 2km from the hotel and there is only one bus every 02 til 03 hours to Legnago which is 08 km from the Hotel.

Geographical position and transportation

Accommodation beyond expectations, especially for Italy - I'll be sleeping here from now on when I'm in the area! An ideal place if you are visiting Venice or traveling through Italy. To single out Mr. Stefano at the reception, who works and attidue give to hotel complete 10+ rating, as well as the very friendly employees of the restaurant. Bravo Stefano and team!

Staff is very pleaser and kindly. The room is big, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good. I like this hotel and I think If we be here one more time We will stay in this hotel.

Front desk and dining staff are very friendly. The restaurant chef is amazing. Each lunch and dinner dish are well prepared and delicious.

Location is bit isolated and industrial area. you can go no where without a car.
