- Great location. Got in late on Christmas Day and staff welcomed me at the late hour. Tremendous breakfast with great selection of items with a reserved table. The Christmas tree lit up outside my balcony was warmly appreciated. The immediate hot water sustained in a long shower was very much appreciated

- Cafe shop quite unfriendly. The bedding. Which seems to be very common in Italy. You only get a flat sheet and a heavy embroidered silk like bed cover that doesn’t get washed every reservation. I always remove that because I think it’s very unsanitary. So you’re just left with a flat sheet. The pillows are quite flat and hard so my sleep wasn’t very restful. The breakfast was limited. Scrambled eggs were gone every time we came down (3 times). I guess you gotta get down at 6:30am when breakfast starts to get some eggs. Besides that assortment was decent but not great.

- Breakfast was rich, although exactly same choise every morning. For those who look for a lively evening and night life, then Predazzo is quite quiet in the evenings.

Vey, very nice place to stay for ski holiday. Exceptionally friendly staff, you were like a visiting family. Hostess helped us in every way with airport transfer contacts, ski bus tickets (for free), very kind and helpful. Cleaning every day in rooms was very thorough. Good ski room, spaceous, with boot driers. Every afternoon tea, coffee, glüchwein and cookies were offered to the guests for apre-ski.

This hotel is very central, with very big rooms. The room was clear and I got the access to a big terrace. The breakfast was very rich, both continental and Italian style. The staff was nice and there is a free car park just in front of the hotel.
The room are typical mountain style, and the tap of the hand basin was leaking and they fixed it quickly.I think the price was a little to expensive considering the low season
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts and dinners were great, with a good selection of dishes. Super friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, just a couple of minutes drive or by ski bus from the Latemar lifts. I can definitely recommend it for skiing holidays!
The only (minor) things are small parking and not so good WiFi (but maybe that’s because our room was located at the far end of the corridor).
