Phi Hotel Bellamonte

The rooms and overall services were ok. Breakfast was nice and diverse.

Before arrival, we requested that the rooms have twin or separate beds and they said it will be arranged. At the property, we were surprised to find out that some rooms had double beds without announcing us. The restaurant closes at 8-9pm which is really early if you want to explore the area / mountains and there are not many options around after 8-9pm. The staff was unfriendly and rude when we came with food for another place, even if they couldn't provide anything for us.

Liked the location and staff were very good. Liked that the pool and sauna were included as well as breakfast was excellent.

Rooms are small (ex. bathroom door opens onto the toilet). The heat wasn’t on. The phone didn’t work. The bed coverings are for a smaller bed.

The breakfast was good.

We were given a room with mold on the ceiling and it smelled and when we asked to move, they gave us a smaller room. The representative at the reception was not helpful to us. We told her that there was a difference between the price of the rooms according to the website and according to Booking and she did not agree to cancel the reservation and make it at the original price - the difference was around €250 and there was no compensation or help.

The dinner and breakfast were delicious,the service was excellent, and the saunas and relaxation room were very nice and varied.

We got a room that looked nothing like the photos on Booking. There was no air conditioning in the room, and the jacuzzi in the spa wasn’t working. The hotel doesn’t meet the standard of a 4-star property and is in need of renovation.

The pool opens way too late and closes way too early. We arrived at 19 50 and could not use it

Was with a group with two rooms. 1 was quite spacious, the other was quite a bit smaller with not a lot of space even for a lightly packed one night stay. Thought the rooms would at least be the same. There wasn’t an indicator.

I really enjoyed my stay here ❤️. The staff is friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfasts with a huge variety of options. The apartment was clean. Towels and bathrobes were there too.

We didn’t have a balcony, but the view from the window on the mountains was amazing.

Great location- close to Alpe Lucia.Great that there are common space - next to the bar - where if your are with the group- you can spend good time together in the evenings

We have got quite a small room.Limited parking on the weekend.Food was good to survive.

Really liked the spa section! It was awesome relaxation before and after xc-skiing races I was doing in Trentino.

Room could have been cleaned better.

Dinner and breakfast were very delicious and the floor staff was quite professional, the room was quite big and the view was stunning. The spa was quite relaxing but a little busy with families and kids during the weekend.

They charged us for some still tap water at dinner (half board paid) and the double beds are two single beds together so you feel the space in the middle.

The location and the hotel were really good. Also, the food was very delicious with several options to choose from.

Although the hotel has a SPA apart from the sauna the other facilities were not working and the pool and jacuzzi were really cold.

Really good value for the money, needs a little bit renovation but for the money we paid was really good taking in to the account that SPA was included in room price. All necessary needs for one night stay were met: Breakfast was simple but good, bed was comfortable, room was clean.

All was ok taking in to the account the value.

Really friendly staff. Great extra facilities at the hotel like pool and sauna that were included. Beautiful location. Really clean.

Room was tiny

The hotel is very clean, room and bathroom were absolutely spotless. I loved the complementary apples in the room. Breakfast was... amazing. Sweet and savory, everything that you might want and in good quantity, we went around 9-9:30 and it was full. Good coffee, juices.

Room a bit small, but ok, we only stayed one night.

Nice garden around the hotel, kind receptionist. Free on spot parking. Decent breakfast.

Relatively small rooms (not a 4 star venue like ones), we even changed the first one that has been given to us. A bit short beds and some noise coming from the street.

Breakfast was fine and location is good.

The room (economy) i booked through Booking.com, was such a small room the we could barely move around. I was just looking for a double room so i could let my daughter who had the flu rest vs. a camping. The hotel knew this and as soon i got to tbe reception, they asked me if i want to upgrade since the room i had booked was really "small" - which was indeed the case. On paying the additional amount, i was given a more spacious room - where i couldn't open the windows due to a wasp nest, and couldn't close the blinds which meant a sauna since we couldn't open the said window. In addition, there was a really unpleasant odour coming from the toilet and damp, on bringing this up the next day. The hotel strangely said "we cant give you any money back, but of you use our facilities (sauna etc) we can adjust the price there". I said I'm not planning to use thise facilities as i have a child who is down with the flu. Then they offered another room, so i shifted my daughter and myself at 2100hrs to the new room and spent our last night (2/2) at the hotel. The overall experience also from booking.com didn't leave me feeling like i had a nice experience.

Seating arrangements at the breakfast table. I was made to sit in the middle of the room, near the buffee, where everyone was constantly walking behind me. You couldn't choose the table yourself.

Good restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast.

The room must be a serious contender for the smallest hotel room in Italy. Barely able to walk around the bed.

It is a honest and simple (in a positive way) hotel. Good for a night stay, great views! The food in the restaurant is honest and tasty. I did not have the opportunity to test the pool. Friendly and warm personnel. A good place to stay
