- The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There was a little miscommunication when we arrived, but the staff quickly found a solution. They were very kind about the change up.
- The hotel is cozy, we had rooms without carpets, which we wanted. Some rooms were smaller, some larger. However, we didn't mind the smaller size of the room at all. The breakfast was great. We also booked dinner on site and were satisfied. We positively evaluate the transport by train to the cable car, we did not have to use the car.

Very nice, family runned hotel, with friendly staff. We spent one night while stopping on a motorbike tour of the dolomites. I highly recommended for bikers, they have very big underground garage.
