Staff is absolutely amazing - from the lady welcoming you on reception to the maids greeting you every time they see you. Absolute jackpot is Davide from the restaurant - he was so helpful, friendly and kind that he won us as regular restaurant guest from the first evening - and we never stay in same restaurant during our stays. The food was delicious, the service was great, the feeling as like you are home with family. This was one of my favourite stays in Italy and will be happy to go back.

- Very thin walls between rooms so that unpleasant noices like snoring or toilet flushing bothered mainly late in the evening or in the morning.
- Spa was quite small and not really furnished (no towels for the sauna). Also, the view from the room wasn't nice.

Breakfasts and dinners were great. Dinner with four courses where we could always choose.Excellent location for Latemat ski arena.
Small wellness, which can be booked for one hour only.Furnitures is bit old but ok.
I’m not gonna lie, I was a complicated guest this time round since I travelled with my dog. We were unfortunately very loud (dog barking) early in the morning (7am on Christmas break). Nevertheless, the staff were always very pleasant and understanding. I must thank the receptionists and breakfast waiter again for always making my day by accommodating to our needs. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel thanks to them.Also, the bathroom is newly furbished and clean.
