The shower curtain kept going out of the tray a d soaked all the floor, making it hazardous.Huge bed with 2 single duvet. Vert uncomfortable and kept sliding off.

Grumpy male manager (aka Basil Fawltey!) who just seemed unfriendly & unhelpful at times.Enquired about a kettle for room or cup of hot water seemed very reluctant or put out about our requests.Rest of the staff (Sybil) were fine.

The owners and the staff are very nice, helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is very good so that all restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The indoor and outdoor pools are well maintained and were not crowded. Breakfast is very rich and versitale, we really enjoyed it.

It was a big surprise for what I was experiencing in my price range in Switzerland. a bit old fashioned but very comfortable. The breakfast was huge.
