Pros +

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We speak English but we're not "those Americans" who expect everyone else to, but it's nice when you find someone who does and they're very friendly and helpful.

Cons -

We both found the bed to be much too firm and uncomfortable for us, but I think this just might be how most German beds are because this has been our experience quite a lot here. The room was quite small as well. Overall, it wasn't bad, just not great.
