A good hotel in a tiny, picturesque place. We could park just in front of the hotel.

Very helpful staff and secure place to lock up for bicycles and a big clean room

Very average breakfast, which we had to pay $13

The breakfast was only fair in my estimation. You could only get cold hard boiled eggs or cook your own. I prefer scrambled eggs. Other offerings were adequate.

The person who waited on us for dinner was rude and impatient with us because we didn’t speak fluent French. He offered help with the menu, but did not take time and listen. He put my partner down for his effort to speak French.

We were on bicycles in the rain. Freezing cold. Perfect.

Hoped for hot breakfast.

Noisy plumbing and people in hall

It is a clean place, the girl who greets us at the entrance was very friendly, the location if you have a car is not complicated to get to, the breakfast is buffet type, it was good although they can improve in certain small details.

TV not working . Tea and coffee not working . Front desk very unhelpful. Restaurant closed. No breakfast facilities. No water in the room . When asked for a bottle of water a charge of 8euros. Don’t go there.

Bed and pillows could be comfier.

Good, safe space to leave my bicycle. Also, I prefer a small pillow but most hotels only have big ones. But this hotel had both, small and big. Excell

Only hotel in town, decent enough. Restaurant reasonable.

Breakfast choice poor. Inflexible check in time.

Neuf-Brisach proved to be a good centre for touring a largish area, including Colmar and a large part of the Route des Vins. Driving about the area was easy and the roads comparatively quiet.

We were disappointed in the hotel restaurant. Our stay was of six nights and we found the blackboard menu limited and therefore very disappointing . The service was very poor and we spent a lot of time just sitting and waiting. We decided to eat elsewhere, often at lunchtime wherever we were visiting.Provision of just one bath towel per person, no smaller towel for quick hand washing.

The restaurant was the best thing.For me with wheelchair the room was not 100%.Difficult bathroom.

The facilites for me as person with partly crutches, partly in wheelchair was not super. The entrance for exampel had no ramp. Was one step high. The entrance to our room was narrow and the bathroom small. But it was on groundfloor. Good!

Lovely hotel in the town. Super, comfy room and great cycle storage.

Basic room. The toilet was in between the sink and the bath. There was no room to get you in there. Poor design. The shower tap was licking badly.

A male staff member delivered our food to us at dinner time however when we indicated that it wasn't what we ordered, he slammed the plates down on our table and walked away. We then proceeded to pass the plates onto the people at the next table - it was their dinner. He was very rude and let the other staff down as they (the two women and young man serving) were friendly, kind and helpful.
