Confidence Hotel Europa

While travelling with car through Italy we stopped in Cento for one night. This is a small and simple hotel close to center of Cento with available free parking near hotel. Very nice and helpful lady at reception.

We got room 200 with window bars and escape stairs in front of window. Other rooms might be better, but this one had a prison-like atmosphere. We could not sleep as air conditioning was not working, and nobody could help because reception desk was not occupied during the night. Wifi was almost unusable in our room.

Everything is in walking distance, supermarket, mainsquare...Staff is friendly as almost everyone else in this cute, beautiful city. Parking in front of the Hotel available.

Nice location, nice stuff

The room wasn't clean. Although the bathroom was clean the room wasn't. They did not use a vacuum cleaner. It had dust and garbage from previous people. As we stayed for 2 nights we didnt raise this issue but it was not good.

There is an event hall in the place and they don't tell you

We stayed at the place for 2 nights on the first day it was reasonable but on the second day the noise because there is a banquet hall under our room unfortunately we didn't sleep at all on the second day the hotel owners don't tell the truth that there is a banquet hall under the rooms and in addition they insure a credit for the second night and we didn't get it I don't recommend sleeping there!

the hotel is under construction. that means that they are driling the whole day, its very noisy. they are renovating some rooms. We asked for different room and in lower floors is better. the stuff was very helpfuul with that.breakfest is very very poor. you need to ask for yogurt, some bread.... if you came to breakfast at the end there is no clean table to sit...

Very friendly staff at reception with good English, bedroom and bathroom were equipped with everything you need, friendly atmosphere, good value for money, parking no problem even during carnival season, great Italian breakfast (croissants, fruit, juices, coffee or tea). You felt at home. I'll be back.

Breakfast was ok but a bit skimpy with only pastries and serial.

Breakfast could've used some protein like hard boiled eggs or cold cuts and something warm.

Breakfast was OK. However, there was no bread, cheese and meat.

The rooms are old, there was a lot of noise after 23 hours.

It’s a great place, brand new condition. I think some of the lower reviews were from before the renovation.
