I was in need to call them but they don't speak english and there is no way to communicate.If you don't want to speak English, you should not put your hotel to be booked for non German speak.The stuff un-proffesional.There is no breakfastThe hotel is just to sleep.Even it's not cheap.I don't recommend this hotel
We only stayed one night while driving, but the room was nice and clean. Comfy bed (although terrible pillow), clean bathroom. We booked last minute and due to a traffic jam we were going to arrive after 10. We called and the receptionist was very friendly and arranged for us how to get in and to the room in case we would arrive later. It all went fine. Check out was easy as well.

Fully automated check-in. The check-in machine works from exactly 15h00. Worked well and we had no problems with using the hotel.

Poor services at reception. Had to ask for water kettle. No tea or coffee available for morning or evening. Had to ask for towels. Insufficient shampoo and body wash. Empty dining room with old bags hanging in decorations. It looked like prison camp from WWII. We had asked for a 2 day reduction in fees. We stayed 6 nights and we paid for 8 days. This is unfair business practice. Other hotels would have accommodated us. We talked to One of the owners on the phone, Ms Marty I think. She was supposed to get back to us but nothing resulted. This sounds like a small town incompetent business hôtel. I have family living in Jockgrim. They had recommended this hotel as the only one around. If I don’t get reimbursement for 2 days I will mention to them and I wonder if they recommend your premises again. Regards.

The lady booking us in and out was really friendly and helpful.

The pillows used were so thin and narrow it was challenging to sleep comfortably. Pillows should be replaced with real ones.
