Cons -
- Our stay was perfect!
- Small hand washcloths would have been nice.
- I made a reservation on booking for a price of 237CHF and the hotel took 287 EUROS! on my card without asking me ! when I contact them they refuse to reimburse and they keep the money ! it s 20% more than the price when I made the reservation with booking. moreover they charged me 40 euros for the dog without informing me before. at the end the price is 327 euros instead on 237CHF which means 1/3 more ! it s robbery ! to avoid and to remove from booking website urgently
