- The hotel has excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our requests before and during the stay, whether to do with room facilities or having a meal without a reservation. Our rooms were recently modernised and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The hotel has ample parking on a side street and in a basement garage. There is a great breakfast buffet and a very good menu of local specialities for lunch and dinner. We will be back!

- - One side of the building faces a warehouse and the neighbourhood is not as nice as it looks in the pictures- The restaurants at the hotel are overpriced and when we stayed they did not have much food left
- The air-conditioning was not working during my stay (mid august) and the heat was just uncomfortable. The staff gave me a plug in fanbut it just blew hot air around. For the money I spent (400+) I would have expected working aircon.
- It would be good if the hotel could offer a fully accessible room (especially bathroom) for those with mobility issues.

Excellent and very friendly service (the receptionist at check-in was especially helpful), clean and spacious rooms (except for bathrooms which could have been layouted smarter) - we had a completely refurbished room, great breakfast with lots of choices, baby/kids-friendly
Pool area hardly accessible with buggy (or wheelchair for that matter), no kettle or coffee maker in the room, separate toilet from shower which made both rooms smaller instead of a combined bathroom

Had everything I needed: a restaurant with decent food, a location just off the Autobahn and clean, comfortable room.
The room is clean but very dated. This is not a big deal, but I feel like it’s priced for something a bit more upmarket and room didn’t live up to that.
