Pros +
- Staff were most friendly and helpful!
- The room was clean, modern, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly. Nice outdoor seating areas.
- Nice undercover off road parking, plenty of facilities for screen washing etc. Restaurant meals were excellent. Nice quiet location.Friendly staff.
Cons -
- Two items: 1) Noisy groups while we were trying to enjoy dinner. Couldn't wait to leave!2) CNN was available on the TV, but no reception. We were told that it would be fixed, but no luck.
- I chose this hotel for the sauna, but it was not open until the afternoon and closing again early, making it inconvenient if not impossible to use. The employee at breakfast was rude to me- when I asked to view the breakfast layout before buying, she told me no. So I asked to just get a coffee and she pointed at the front desk and told me to pay first and come back only after paying in an angry voice. I also found the room price much higher than the regional cost of the area.
- On arrival Monday, told restaurant wasn't open, later changed to a limited menu. Webpage doesn't mention any restaurant restrictions or closures.

The location, the hotelrooms and the restaurant are very good. The restaurant menu was specially adapted to the Autumn season with a choice of game (deer, wild hog, goose) prepared and served in a refined way.
Two details : (1) the (free) WiFi signal is very weak and sometimes inexisting in the rooms. On top of that, 4G reception is also critical in the rooms. (2) the hotel uses ammonia to clean the rooms, and sometimes there is a remaining ammonia odor that persists all night.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Although the room had no air conditioning, temperature was good
Front door is locked around 10-10:30. Need to coordinate with front desk in advance if late entry is needed. This sign was only in German.
