The staff was very kind, the bed was confortable.

The breakfast is very weak and could be better, the walls are very thin and i could hear someone snorring from the other room.

Nice apartment, everything was clean and I really liked the swimming pool and that chill out area! B

Breakfast was okay I missed some fruits

The room was very big, we had a kitchen, balcony, AC.Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful, location is also great and we found parking space easily.

The sofa that turnes into a bed wasn‘t very comfortable, the matress was way too thin, and our room didn‘t have the number written.

The property had potential to be exceptional. However many things let it down.

For start, the staff member that met us at reception was very vague about the facilities. Secondly, the elevator was not working and we were located on the second level. Thirdly the mattress was a bit hard. The breakfast was only partly self-serve and you had to wait for the staff member to attend you and she was often nowhere to be seen or busy with other patrons and you had to wait a long time for service. Extremely understaffed.

This small town is in the middle of nowhere yet it’s home to lots of great restaurants and this cute little hotel. The room was a good size, great bathroom, and a big window that opened to the trees backyard and the morning light! The bed was comfortable, and the room was spotless. The restaurant downstairs was where they serve breakfast and it was inviting, full of people and chatter, and lots of good food and good coffee. Sadly, the chef was indisposed so we weren’t able to test the kitchen there but if it’s anything like the breakfast, it’ll be great.

We arrived late after reception has closed, but they were very helpful giving us the code to the building and telling us where to find the keys!The bed was good and comfy to big extent, Wifi was quite good in the room and the restaurant.

The breakfast is below average, they served it by the bar and you can’t take food by yourself, you have to order it through the staff, which I think is inconvenient.Then also there were ants inside the bar where the food is served, very visible!

My room was nice and clean. Had everything I needed. The front desk person (Deborah) was professional and kind. Dinner was excellent. The breakfast was simple but nutritious. I had a nice cappuccino, a small sandwich, juice and a banana. Perfect. The hotel is close to town. Walking there is only a matter of a a few minutes.

Beautiful Villa with a lovely comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and we had a wonderful stay.

The Tv didn’t work

The location is quite good, despite thee distance to the important towns is a little longer that we intended - but this was our problem, not hotel's problrem

The elevator was a bad joke... small and it was necessary to keep the button pressed if you wanted to move. It was stuck quite often and we needed to go by stairs to bring it.

Great stay, friendly staff, good pool and gatden and nice and big room/apartment.

Did not like the breakfast.

Room was big, nice and modern. With really comfortable beds.Free parking on site is very welcome. Breakfast staff was friendly. Close to the city centre, easily reachable on foot.

They were celebrating a party at the bar till midnight, Music was so loud it was impossible not only to sleep but even to talk without shouting or watching TV. No soundproof at all. We felt tricked on that as they do not inform you before booking. Else, we would not have booked it. They should NOT book rooms when they know before hand they are going to have a party. At least, not the rooms above the lounge. OR, if you are a very "party-person" then you might enjoy it. Further, being the bathroom nice and big, it could use a deeper and professional cleaning, mostly to remove the mould from the shower and clean trash bins before new guests come. Or fixing the shower panel, that was hanging and we needed to fix it ourselves. In general, it has lots of potential as it is modern, well decorated, and seemingly comfortable, but it mostly shows a lack of professionalism.

We booked the junior suite so got double beds in each room and the rooms were spacious. On site car park was handy and plenty of space available.

No duvet provided, just 2 thin sheets! One of the rooms looked like someone had just been in and slept in the bed meaning the first night we couldn't sleep properly due to it being freezing cold. Requested a duvet or blanket in the morning as nobody on reception after 9pm! The woman looked very surprised when I told her that I haven't slept due to it being cold and the heating didn't work There was rubbish which hadn't been cleaned from the bathroom either. Shower was very small even though there was enough space to install a bigger one. Overall not value for money and when you pay nearly £200 per night there are certain expectations which need to be met, I've had better from a £50 Premier Inn.
