Campanile Grenoble Nord - Moirans-Voreppe

I was staying in this hotel twice. On my way to Italy, I booked it in advance and payed 47 euro, useing my special discount. On my way back to France, I decided just come without a preliminary booking and stay in it. The price in the hotel was 62 When I asked, why so much higher then on booking, they respond that there are special prices for internet. So just in their lobby, I've booked the room throe booking and paid only 51 euro! Incredible

A fantastic home-made pizza. It actually tasted better than the pizzas in many pizzerias. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is worn down and needs painting, the rooms are old, the inside door didn't close, the air-conditioning needs cleaning. We only stayed one night, were actually disappointed, but the food and staff compensated for this.

We had to ask for a hairdryer. It was supplied quickly and pleasantly.The location was easy to find.The breakfast supplied was fine.

Rooms are very tired, toilet didn't really flush and the heating was non existent. Breakfast was a bit lacking

The rooms are very old and run down with very thin walls. Not pleasant even for our quick one night stop over.

Nothing to like about the property at all. The personnel however, to their credit, tried bravely in the face of insurmountable impediments.

Pretty well everything. A total DUMP. Shabby, tired and run down. this place should be shut down and perhaps used as a temporary shelter for the homeless prior to demolition. Briefly, door didn’t lock securely so we felt unsafe. Inner door didn’t shut at all. Bits of timber fraying and decaying. A relic from a bygone age but not yet old enough to preserve as a historic site.

We didn’t like that the rooms are very basic & old fashioned, with just a towel each not 1 for hands The evening meal was a choice of 3 things for main meal plus starter & dessert Only in French so get your Google working if not you can d d up with anything When we checked in we were told Booking made a mistake & they wouldn’t accept our reservation which should have been 53€ instead we had to pay there & then 73€!!! Which included breakfast which we didn’t want

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was better than expected.

We couldn’t close the bathroom door in the room, the toilet didn’t flush properly.
