we have stayed in a few premiere class hotels. they are cheap, warm, convenient which we appreciate.Definitely budget no frills and that's what we paid for.nice clean sheets and clean bathroom.Restaurant nearby. Get the access key from there. in winter there are no staff

annoying that the previous person left a smell of smoke and ash on the floor by the bed. hard to clear the smell out. but maybe mop the floor.Not everyone obeys the no smoking rule.

The location is good, just off the autoroute, quiet and near the town for fuel and food. The automated check in was straight forward. The hotel opposite had a restaurant which was also the location for breakfast. A very good stopover.

The decor is a bit tired and the shower/toilet typically small. If the weather is bad, the walk to the hotel opposite for breakfast would be a challenge.

Nothing really to like

There is no one to meet you or to see you go. You have to go to the sister hotel for that were the staff were pleasant. The hotel itself was terrible. The rooms were dingy. There were stains on the bed sheets. We asked for 2 rooms together as we are a family of 4 and they put us on 2 different floors at opposing ends. The people next door woke us up about 4 am and we couldn't get back to sleep because of the noise and no one to report it to. In addition the hotel car park is used by young people to drink and do drugs(whippets)which is intimidating when you arrive at night and the hotel isn't manned and in the middle of nowhere. Yes it is cheap but it is seriously worth spending a bit more to stay somewhere better. We only needed to stay there as a lay over but it was worse than sleeping in the car

We needed a stop on our way back home just for a night of rest. The hotel is 3 min from the highway so very convenient. We arrived late but automatic check-in was easy.

We all know what to expect at a premier class BUT they advertised Clim and it was not working so I had to change rooms

Air conditioned room with in room control. Good breakfast although it was necessary to walk to neighbouring establishment.

It was possible to smell smoke from other rooms through the extractor fan system. Very noisy balcony when children run along it.

Easy to reach and park. They close the gate during the nightIf you need there is a restaurant inside.

The breakfast - buffet - was served in another building next to another hotel - which we had to discover by ourselves-, and after the night we had spent, it was surprisingly reasonable. The location was great and, as expected, next to the highway.

When you think of these hotels you imagine a really basic hotel and room, designed for the purpose it has been designed: to spend a night during a road trip. I didn't expect any luxuries - this wasn't my first experience with this brand-, but just a room with a comfortable bed to have a good rest and a little bathroom cabin to have a shower. But this is a shitty hotel, quite dirty and neglected. At our arrival, the auto check-in didn't work at all and the information that was supposed to help wasn't as clear as it should be. Thanks another guest that had already called a helpline (only in french), we discovered that there was an accessory reception at another hotel that shares the parking (same group, but different standards, I guess). It would've been easier if they had written that in case of any issue, you just need to cross the parking. Once in the room, we discovered that the shower drain was clogged, so it was quite disgusting to have a shower there. In addition, it was impossible to operate the air conditioning device (perhaps it had once two operating buttons, but there was nothing but two holes). It was freezing and so noisy that sleeping was a challenge. The floor did not look like it had been visited by a broom, at least not before we arrived. There was a big spider in the room, and a spider's web on the door frame. The bed had two different pillows, one of them deformed and as if it lacked padding. The vending machine area was very dirty.

The bed cover had a slight aroma of smoke. Whilst you are forbidden to smoke inside the rooms, cigarette users’ clothes usually smell of smoke which obviously transfers to the bedding.The pillows were small, and lumpy.
