Hotel Sebino

The location of the hotel was the reason we had chosen it. Best location for exploring and walking around the city. The people working there were nice and obliging. Our room was small, but had what we needed. The breakfast was good.

The entrance of the hotel doesn't seem very welcoming: The door is old and we were firstly unsure if the hotel is really open. The hotel could use a little glow up at the outside; inside it was nice, and clean.

The location of the hotel is perfect in centre with nice view over the lake. The personnel is very friendly and helpfull. There are many restaurants within few steps from the hotel.

The airconditioning was not working properly - we had difficulties in adjusting the temperature

Location, staff and breakfast all super. Room was very tidy and spacious, comfy beds. We all have a great stay.

Large spacious room for our family of 2 adults and 2 children..... the only downside of this was the AC was not enough to keep the room cool and was also located under a window so once the curtains were closed there was even less benefit.

Great location over looking the Lake and close to local amenities. Bus station/Ferry boat terminal. Loads of restaurants to chose from fantastic service from the hotel staff.

Air condition unit couldn't be adjusted due to both temp and speed controls broken but this didn't spoil the holiday.

The room was super clean, great location, staff was really friendly and helpful, especially the lady working at the reception. Also, as I was travelling alone, I felt really safe.

There was a little noisy outside because of the restaurant downstairs but that's not hotel's fault at all and it's understandable that it may get a bit noisy sometimes. However, after midnight there wasn't any noise at all.

right by the road and you hear all the sound of the cars and the people like there is no window (I stayed in a lake view room which was very close to the roadside)

The bed was large and so comfortable providing an excellent night’s sleep.We upgraded to a lake view which was definitely worthwhile. Despite being central it was very quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. We were on the third floor so the lift was handy for luggage. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

The staff were very nice..Fresh baked morning goods at breakfast.The view from our room.was lovely.(We booked a lake view room its a must).The hotel is an older type Italian hotel that is going to be updated for next year the manager told us. Sarnico is a nice town We flew from Manchester to Bergamo ..Bus from the airport to Bergamo stand 1 pay cash or card at the bus stand 3 euros.Get off at the Ist stop in Bergamo Short walk round to the bus station get a ticket 4.60 euro to Sarnico.Just over an hour you will be there.5 minute walk to the hotel.The ferry stop is very close to the Hotel. Monte Isola is lovely and so is Iseo town.Hope this helps.

The hotel is on the main road and on Saturday gets very noisy from bikers doing a full tour of the lake.Cant blame the hotel for that i just wanted to let people know. We would also have liked a kettle in the room but still enjoyed our stay..

The noise form the street, the rooms have no isolation and the street has lot of traffic

Poor wifi. I have to go out of the room to get a good connection. Rooms have seen its better days. Old and dilapidated. The door deadbolt doesn't even lock from the outside. Sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the sound of passing vehicles up to late in the evening. Ventilation in the room doesn't work. You can see the thermostat is already broken. Breakfast is very basic.
