Great people great location,beautiful hotel with amazing breakfast Really nice clean and big pool to enjoy

Hotel was very good for the value. The view was amazing.

Cleaning. the floor on the room needed to be clean. Perhaps, you have to pay separate for cleaning.

Excellent location, walking distance from (less than 2 min) to the lake, many restaurants and bars close by in Paratico and Sarnico. Spotless clean, very cosy room, beautiful gardens and pool area. Very pet friendly- we loved the welcome gift for our dog.

Perfectly located on the shore. Nice view of the lake from the room. Parking free and quite big, underground. Tasty breakfast. They speak English. Nice and eager to help staff.

They upgraded our room for free without even asking! We got the room with a huge balcony and view towards the lake, amazing!Breakfast full of options and really delicious. Not only sweets!Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the receptionist with glasses and short black hair (sorry, can't remember her name).A huge underground parking lot of the hotel, which is safe, spacious and convenient way go up to the rooms from there by the elevator.

I have nothing to complain about. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great location with beautiful view as well as great breakfast

We loved this hotel, it has amazing location (super close to the lake), free parking, beautiful views, the rooms are spacious, clean and warm (we were there late November), breakfast and the people working there were wonderful too!

Breakfast was excellent - fresh and delicious. The room was great with an amazing balcony and view. Staff were really nice, attentive and kind. The location was great - free parking, 2 minutes from the lake, and walkable to all the shops and restaurants.

Lovely room with large patio facing the pool and lake. Easy access to walking and bike path and great restaurants nearby. Easy parking area if you have a car. Worth a ferry ride to Monte Isola.

Everything was great! The location- easy walk to the water, shops, walking paths, restaurants. Free parking, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good showers with hot water, views, and friendly staff.

Fantastic location, views and gardens with large pool. Rooms were modern and comfortable with thoughtful extra touches. Staff were so helpful and breakfast was excellent.

This was the second time that I've stayed at this hotel, I was so impressed the first time explaining why I returned again with my family. It's got a great pool, it's super clean with friendly staff and provides a delicious breakfast. A good location and useful parking too- you can't ask for more!

Little bit too pricey

Everything was great. The room was large and stylish with a lovely big balcony with a great lake view. The pool was great with a very friendly and helpful lifeguard. All of the staff, including the cleaners were great. The breakfast was superb. Underground parking was also excellent. I would highly recommend

Perfect hotel with fabulous lake views from the balcony.Amazing comfy bed in a good sized and very clean room and bathroom.There was a fantastic large balcony overlooking the lake with mountain views.Great buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Easy underground parking if needed.Would highly recommend for a visit to Lake Iseo.

Comfy beds, luxurious rooms, beautiful pool, lovely quiet location and a short walk to restaurants. Breakfast was delightful and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
