Pros +
- Stunning views of the lake. Very helpful staff.
- Clean, near the lake, good room, amazing massage, parking, outdoor pool
- comfortable and quiet. Great food, both dinner and breakfast.
Cons -
- Indoor pool was COLD! Was not fun at all. Very disappointing! The lake is just the other side of the road, very accessible, but there is no way to go down into the water as there are rocks! Expensive!
- Staff was mainly not very welcoming ... close to being rude. Barely any language skills other than Italian is a bit poor when you're working in a hotel.Breakfast was very basic and always the same, day in day out.Hotel is NOT directly located on the shore of Lago d'Iseo, as the profile picture wants people to believe. There's a very busy road (traffic starts at 5.30am and doesn't stop until midnight) that has to be crossed.
- Loud booming music from the pool area took away from enjoying the balcony on our room. Had to close the door for most of the visit. Towels, sheets were cleaned but had visible stains from previous.

Room was clean and spacious. Balcony with lake view.Free underground car park.Tea and cups, no kettle... but a microwave to boil the water. Seriously?

It was better than the bad reviews! It was really clean. Most of the statt, especially the breakfast crew was exceptional friendly and nice. Also the Massage was worth the money. Just one guy at the reception was really grouchy and gave us a hard start. Our car didn’t fit the garage hight. So we had to fi d parking extern. However as a family with small kid and dog. His suggestion was to find parking and than carry everything back to the hotel. He did not want to check us in with the car in front of the hotel door. But again: very clean - all the other stuff friendly and helpful. We come again and hope for someone else to welcome us.
Did not use the pool and spa facilities, as they were closed for most of the day. Spa massage booking went as planned, nothing extraordinary. Spent three nights. Enjoyed driving around the lake and walking along the lake path.

Location, spa
A little worn out. Some areas definitely need a little retouching done
- the room: the suites are very large, fully equipped and have an amazing view on the lake- the inside swimming pool and the spa: they are both well designed, very warm and clean- the staff: they were always super helpful and nice
- the restaurant is average and would say a bit expensive for the quality, comparing with other choices nearby- the overall hotel feels a bit old and stuck in the 90s, not a big deal, but a refresh would be welcome- the location is not bad but be mindful that the hotel is a 40 min walk to Sarnico. Would recommend only to people looking for a quiet place or with a car
Passable
Hotel is far from town and the hotel only has bikes to rent in the summer time. There is no bus stop close so you must walk or use a taxi.
Breakfast fine. Hotel is a bit remote and without a car the nearby villages are not frequented. No mention made of utilising the proximity of Lake Iseo.
A bit soulless with very few guests.Very busy road opposite hotel!
The cleanliness of the hotel is good with lovely crisp white sheets and towels. The bathroom is nice and big with a walk in shower making getting ready easy and cool. The fridge is a really useful addition allowing the keeping of cold drinks and milk to hand. The balcony is a nice thing to have as it looks over the pool and beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The bed is big and comfortable and the glazing keeps most noise out to aid restful sleep.
The hotel was a little quieter than we first expected to find it, with a bit of a ghost town feel on the evening we arrived. We were disappointed that the town was a good car ride away meaning someone had to drive each evening. The wardrobes have a very odd layout with very big drawers in the centre so clothes dont hang great and the small drawers are so thin you cant get anything in so leaving clothes in cases was the best option. Breakfast became a bit sparce by the end of the five days. If you went down late there were items missing so not everyone is getting an equal standard. The air con is pre set by the hotel and although it was cool enough most of the time we wouldve liked to have been able to set our own.
Beautiful location with an amazing view of Lake Iseo. The elder and senior members of the staff were polite and helpful as well as apologetic about the hygiene issues we pointed out with the room.Their actions made the stay pleasant.
The property is extremely dated and badly in need of renovation.Black mould in bathrooms, mould in the garageTerrace only cleaned on requestStick to Thai food, Italian options were surprisingly poor!On one of the days the scrambled eggs in the buffet were made with gone off eggs. The staff replaced the entire batch after we pointed out its smell...
This was not a 4-star hotel.
This was not a 4-star hotel. Management must be ex-military or something because there are dozens and dozens of warning signs. It’s laughable. Damage a robe? €50. Lose a room card? €10. There isn’t a wall in the hotel without a sign warning not to do something. We had breakfast, which was okay, but the tables even had warnings: if you take too much food and don’t eat it… they will charge you.Aircon? Kind of. Yes, but it was locked and controlled by headquarters. This feeling permeated the stay. It was extremely unwelcoming. Staff were not friendly, but if guests are treated like this, I feel for the way the staff must be treated.Wifi was so bad we just bought new esims and gave up altogether. Plus, there was probably a hidden charge for using “too much” wifi. Oh, and they tried to charge €40 for the “free parking” upon checkout. In summary, avoid yourself the hassle and find one of the other many great options around the area!
Breakfast was very good and plenty of options
Bathroom toiletries no tissues, no ice bucket, no hand towel bar, no iron in room, no coffee maker.
The rooms are organised and equipped with safe and fridge. Free parking under the hotel. The check-in is closed at 11pm but they sent us all the information we needed in order to do self check-in including how to get in the parking lot and left us the keys on the doors.
We booked two rooms, one is the 'romantic' room on the 4th floor with a view to the lake which is nice, but it seemed like the bathroom was not cleaned as there was a used towel on the bidet. The faucet in the bathroom wasn't attached well and the water didn't drain, but someone came to fix it. The other room was a 'view to the pool' but we got a room on the 1st floor which is kind of under the level of the pool, so our view was actually a wall....The air conditioner didn't work so good and it isn't possible to control the temperature because it is set by the hotel.
Liked small outdoor pool, size of room , good breakfast, and staff were accommodating. There was a microwave and safe in room. Bed was comfortable Room was very clean.
TV didn't work and WiFi was almost non existant There was no data signal getting into the hotel in my room. After reporting these problems nothing was done about the TV and we were told the wi fy was always poor. We did get free parking because TV was not fixed but felt cut off. Thought parking was free anyway . Toilet bowl was very high . The hair dryer was broken . We did get delivered a hand held one.
Bedroom and bathroom excellent. Lovely views from terrace
No blankets or duvets, limited service generally, a bit of a dead area around the hotel before the main season
pool and spa are great - particuarly the indoor pool and saunas/shower room
rooms are very tired, peeling wallpaper, chipped paint, etc
Passable
Pillow were extremely hard, cleaning was not ok at all, Reception closes during the night and you have to enter the hotel via the underground garage, the interior and furniture are quite old and needs sometime a renovation. We think the price is too high for what you get.
Nice indoor pool and spa area.
Room pretty old, windows are dirty, constant smell of chlorine in the room.Savory breakfast was horrible. EV Charger available at a ridiculous price, almost 1 EUR/kw, other chargers for half price available in the area.
