Great location by the lake. Comfortable and quiet rooms with good mattresses. Very good buffet style breakfast with reasonable value.

Lovely hotel & staff, room was spotlessly clean & food was 1st class

Restaurant was excellent. Superb Waiter we had. His recomndation of wine Ánd food was fabulous. Perfect service.

The Man on reception was rude, we ordered 2 wine as wanted to discuss some work and sat in lounge area. the man on reception had the TV on and turned it up right next to where we were sitting so he could hear the TV, we were not loud but could not talk easily to each other. this was very rude.The Wine had been open some days as the wine was nearly empty had no cork in it and tasted not freshly opened.The Room either had heating running full power or open window and it stops. it was not possible to reduce the power or heat of Clima and was set at 20Deg C.

Great for the price and location.

Taxi was hard to come by. Food options were very scarce and the McDonald’s nearby closes early.

The room smelled clean, like when you just finished washing whites in the washer, not an over powering smell of bleach, just clean. But you can tell that the room was properly sanitized.

The helpful & friendly staff, the strategic location to the lake "district", the cleanliness, the kind service @ the restaurant even upon late arrival.

The little noise each early morning/late evening under our balconies due to loading/unloading of catering amenities provided to external events. Well it didn't wake up, so all fine.

An elevator would have been lovely as we were on a top floor.

We had a very pleasant stay here! Very accommodating staffs. They will gladly assist you in all your needs. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent and there was a variety of food (perfect for fueling up before our long rides!). They helped us store our road bicycles (we were worried of keeping them in our van overnight) and also allowed us to take a shower after our ride although it was past tue checkout time. For that we are forever grateful. Thank you so much! Aqilah & Thomas

The hotel is near Lecco. Room size is ok,

The room decoration and facilities are quite old only the bathroom seems recently renovated.

free bike hire was great, rooms clean, good location and plenty parking, evening meal was surprisingly good

breakfast although cheap and probably good value for what you get, I’d rather pay a little more and get a better selection of healthier and savoury options - boiled eggs, ham and cheese every day followed by cake wasn’t overly appealing! shower pressure was very dependent on how many other people were showeringbeds not the comfiest

We enjoyed our stay very much. A good location if you have a car. Don't know about public transport.

No elevator, but the staff helped with the luggage.On weekend we had difficulty finding parking place in the hotel, although it is quite big.

We made a last minute booking due to braking down in the area and the staff were so helpful and friendly in helping us to get it fixed, lending us chargers ect. would defiantly recommend and stay in a great western hotel again! The restaurant was very nice and the food was amazing. Thank you again to all of the staff and especially the gentleman that drove twice to me car to try and jump start it !

Room was small - it was challenge to organize it so that I can work in it.

The hotel doesn't have an easy access to the entrance neither an elevator, making it very difficult to get to the room if you're packed as I was. The room was poorly cleaned and I found body hair all over the place.
