- The staff was terrible. No customer service, bad attitude , seemed like they all hated their jobs.
- Very dated hotel that will need updating. Amenities in the room are not adequate. Carpet on the floor very old and needs replacement. It is way too expensive and certainly not a five star. Our room charge in Zurich Marriott's was less but a better hotel.
- No air conditioning in the room. Wifi not included in room rate.
