Nice area, breakfast was very convenient, nice rooms with toaster, coffee machine , microwave and a fridge with snacks and things for breakfast ( don’t have to pay extra to eat or drink anything inside !)

I ran out of hot water after 4-5 minutes in the shower

Very big comfortable bed. Quiet location Large clean room with MW, fridge, toaster, coffee machine (although would have preferred a kettle).

No one on site to talk to, although I did eventually speak to someone by phone. No lobby or reception.

Strange hotel. Self serve. Breakfast was pre packed and left in room.

Did not receive promised information. (not sure what the info pack would have contained) Also foreigners might not have a European call coverage (if they only use data) Hotel was not manned and telephonic contact was required to check in. Could not operate lift as access code was required. Had to carry suitcase two flights up.Clearly had different expectations. Overall not bad, but don't expect a warm smile greeting you. And if it happens to rain, you get drenched while figuring out how to get in..

Room was comfy. Continental breakfast in fridge in room was ok but lazy as there was a proper realfast room downstairs, but no staff to work in it. Off road parking was ok but not secure for motorcycles.

Building access was awful. 24 hr service means no one available at reception ever. Needed someone to translate a french voice message and speak to a remote operator to get my key code to enter. I hate "self-service" building access in a place that has a reception and 20 rooms. After a long day of travel it was just disappointing. And it wasnt cheap either.

Comfortable beds, good bathroom, clean room.

Hotel gives the impression of being abandoned. No sign of any staff during our visit. No AC so you need the window open, but it’s on a busy main road so noisy interrupted sleep. Minimal ‘breakfast’ left in the room for self-service.

Hotal and room where easy to acces very late at night. Very clean room and good beds.

Price is to high for this hotel in my opinion, Breakfast is just soms bread already in the refrigerator with some jam. Bread was awefull, koffie was ok.

Convenient location for visiting Murat and the area. Good sound insulation. Private parking.

Pleasant staff but often not available. Confusing self check-in process. Breakfast was pre-prepared in a mini-fridge in the room - not a big fan of this solution. Quite expensive for the region.

Breakfast at present is provided in your room, but staff couldn’t be more helpful stocking you food every day. Microwave toaster and cofffe machine all provided.

Message on how to enter property etc sent a bit late but answered my phone call and all was sorted

The location of this hotel was within a short walk to the centre of town. The hotel had ample unsecured parking to the rear of the building. Friendly helpful staff, and the hotel was value for money. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

No menu provided for dinner, so you got whatever they decide to bring out.

Staff appeared to need training and supervision unable to provide the level of customer service given elsewhere on our ten night holiday. Room not cleaned second day No free beverages provided

Lovely little town that was very quiet the night we stayed. Beautiful countryside around the area, the hotel was small but clean with friendly staff.
