Hotel Les Mouflons

It was good but the rooms were quite hot so couldn’t sleep. 2 pillows instead of 1 would be better.

Rooms were hot and stuffy, 2 pillows would have made it more comfortable. The bar area closed quite early and would have liked a drink before bed. When present the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, under 5mins to the ski resort.

Breakfast was good.

Received booking confirmation, check in from 3PM. Arrived at 3, hotel was closed. Eventually at 3.20 a receptionist turned up to open the hotel, no explanation, no apology. I’d booked 2 rooms and was given 2 keys. One of the rooms hadn’t been cleaned and made up since previous guest. Receptionist found another room for me which was only partially cleaned. She said she would finish room preparation, which she did. The receptionist then closed the hotel and drove off. We had access to our rooms and the hotel exit but no access to all the advertised hotel features such as the bar, games room, shared lounge/TV etc. we were not given WiFi code, and the telephone was not answered. Eventually had to contact Booking.com to get it.

Beds were comfortable & a nice view. Convenient parking.

There are cheaper & better located hotels in Mont Dore with better facilities. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room, bathroom was dated with noisy & smelly macerator toilet. Cup of disposed cigarette butts on the balcony. Towels were too small even for a child!

Easy to find and close to town and snow slopes. Really great staff. Super clean and terrific value.

It's a hiking stopover. It shut at 1930pm, no staff or facilities just a door left open that anyone could access the rooms from. Your description is very misleading to say the least. A hotel it is not.

Great accommodating staff, great location. Breakfast was super. Simple but lovely.

Rooms were lovely but one bathroom was slightly older decoration than the other. Very comfortable though.

no facilities whatsoever. we were not notified that the hotel facilities were not open . And everything was locked at 4pm .Would not of booked if we were aware.

Unpleasant smell from the electric mulching toilet. Small bedroom and bathroom and defective shower.Very basic accommodation.

Staff is super nice

The only thing I actually didn’t appreciate was the pillow, it was horrible for sleeping after hours of skiing

super friendly and helpful staff, helped us with dinner reservations on the first evening! breakfast was good and good value for money. Rooms are a bit small, make sure to book room with balcony;)

Good buffet breakfast and a nice terrace bar to have a relaxing drink. Close to the town with all it's restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
