This was our second visit to the hotel when travelling through. Although the decor of the hotel is a bit tired it was very clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. We ate at the outside grill at the hotel and it was delicious and good value for money.
The location and the staff especially those on duty when we arrived and who explained to us about the dining room being closed and the options for an evening meal.
The fact that we had not been warned in advance that there was not an option of dinner in the dining room which was closed.

Situated in a beautiful village, close to the motorway. The staff were very Welcoming.Spotlessly clean.
Could not stand up in the shower because of the sloping ceiling.
Nice terrace area for eating in the evening. Helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms are very basic and beds not very comfortable. Photos do not really reflect the property. No clear directions of where to check-in on arrival and no private parking. Plenty of spaces in the municipal parking area but no secure car parking available.
Quirky never stayed in a hotel with three possible receptions only to find the reception was in the building across the street
Things like hair dryers are broken and when you inform the staff they are fully aware. If a hotel brags about a restaurant or two then it should be available not “you can eat this or nothing” we realise it’s in the countryside and having the doors open in the morning to have a breeze but when you have to fight off the flies to eat your breakfast there’s a problem
The staff was very helpful and friendly. We ate at the hotel's restaurant and the food was pleasant.
They really need to refurbish the rooms - our room had a broken tap, the bed's mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. We could hear the people in the next room talking.
not a lot
No reception on a Sunday, made numerous phone calls to no affect, had to ask a local bar to ring, got in nearly an hour later. No light on our landing could hardly see the lock to enter the key.I have stayed in this hotel on 8 accassions over the years but this will be the last time, the standard has dropped.

Restaurant wasn’t open so we couldn’t try it. We opted out of breakfast as there was a market right outside the hotel in the morning when we stayed.

Historic building, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Hotel restaurant excellent. Free parking.Friendly and helpful staff.
Accommodation a bit dated and bathroom very small.
Beautiful location . Comfy bed & good bathroom. Very clean. Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, vast choice . Value for money. Free Parking behind hotel. Good fan available in room.
Would of liked usb point in bedroom & a Tea/coffee machine in lobby for an early drink. Restaurant didn’t cater for someone like me who doesn’t eat meat , seafood & duck. I like chicken & most pasta dishes & most vegetarian food.
We stayed overnight on our way through France. A great find the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and we ate in the on-site restaurant which was excellent. I emailed the property in advance asking them to cater for my needs as I have limited mobility which they were able to accommodate. I did this in French via Google translate as I had no initial response when I did this in English.I would certainly stay here again.
Nothing really.
Quad room was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were very attentive. To our needs. Shower/bath had powerful hot water. WiFi was very good. View of town.
Going home!
Nice little Hotel in a small French Village with lovely staff., located in the heart of Village.
