Pros +
- We were redirected 10 min before we arrived to La Belview. It was not what we booked. We had a person who was in a wheelchair and the front entrance was locked at 10am. We were locked in and no one told us that it would be locked till 5pm. This hotel group I would stay away from.
- Tiny little hotel in the heart of the old city, somewhat old but stylish - liked it a lot. Fantastic location, minute away from any place in the old town, and we also managed to find a parking spot right in front of it.
- We were moved to belle air the location is great. Large room.

- Cleanness, customer service. The place feels grotty and needs a complete renovation.
- It would be good to install anti-slip mats in the bathtubs, they're slippery and it is easy to fall.
- The only thing need improvement is that the blankets should be covered not just sheet and cover

The staff, their system of entrance to the hotel, the myriads of mosquitoes within the bedroom provided by the hotel's surroundings
The breakfast was very good.Very close to the hotel is square with lovely restaurants. When we went, live acoustic vocal light jazz/classics was being played. Brilliant.
The photo of the hotel totally misleading. Clearly the only reasonable view i.e. from a very small garden, and one that led us to book, was used. The front entrance to the hotel is on a busy street. There is only on-street parking. There was no bar or restaurant available in the hotel.
Location
No elevator with a lot of suitcases you can't leave in your car because there's no private parking. Old bedding and bathroom. Not that clean.
