Amazing food, service, location and pool. Room a bit on the small side and no lift but don't let this stop you staying here. Staff were fabulous and so much to explore close by with a useful supermarket not far. A great restaurant just down the road. Enjoy!

Garden and staff were helpfull and friendly.

The quality of the room was poor an nearly most of the eqipments were either broken or too old. The design of the bathroom was terrible with a half door.

The hotel was comfortable and cosy, with a swimming pool and a nice yard. Very good quality for the offered price.

The windows didn't have blinds and there was too much light in the mornings.

The best part of our stay there was when we left But at least the staff was kind and friendly. And the vine was excellent.

There’s a huge difference between the pictures on booking.com and the reality.Food was good but overpriced How they’re allowed to have three stars is beyond our understanding. Pool was dirty. If you’re just staying one night like we did on our way through you can deal with it. But more than a night there is unimaginable. Sorry, but that’s the inconvenient truth.

Location and price. Staff was very nice.

Overall cleanliness and smell. Outside tables are dirty. Around the pool chairs are all over the place.

Room had chimney view :( Breakfast was packaged stuff and overpriced. No warm sausages and bacon. Breakfast at the baker otherside. Location, Aubagne is a pretty grunge neighbourhood with homeless, beggars and gang people around. Do not go there, go Auriol instead

The property was in a nice setting, a couple of restaurants nearby and a free bus into the nearest town. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful

The room - there were crumbs on the bed when we first arrived. There were ants in the room and a faint smell of cigarettes, when I looked out of the window it was clear someone had been smoking in the room as there were cigarette ends outside. The bathroom is not private - the door is frosted glass with large gaps at the top and bottom. The bathroom itself was very small although clean. The plug in the sink broke and was stuck, meaning the water wouldn’t drain properly. The breakfast is very basic, no hot food. The bar was closed very early - on Friday evening it was closed by 21:30.. The swimming pool was closed and the area around the pool was messy with weeds and leaves everywhere.

The room was clean, and the heating/cooling did work well. It was not noisy, even though it was just 200m from the motorway junction. The bath was fine, but quite small. Everything you need was there!

The A/C smelled like as if it it had be cleaned and dried. The room was very small. There was no decoration at all - and the overall ambiance (reception, hall for dining and breakfast) was not nice neither - this was a pity: the location serves a better look!Probably much better on summer outside.

Cosy, comfortable & friendly. The view was superb!! Staff were incredibly helpful. Loved the free number 8 bus to and from Marseille. Felt easy enough to get into city or up to St Zacharie the other way. Too cold for pool but would be great in summer.

Quiet and clean very good restaurant

The Staff is adorable. The view from my room was beautiful.

One of the pillows had something disgusting like a bugger on it. Splashes of coffee/tea on the walls, the second pillow had hairs on it, the carpet smelled really bad and piles of dust were everywhere in the room. Seeing tufts of hair in the stairs was pretty gross, I thought maybe they would be cleaned on the next day, but they were still there. I did ask to get in my room sooner than the 5pm check-in time, so maybe that didn't help with the level of cleanliness of the room, and it seemed to be better the next day in some places dust-wise, but the stairs to the rooms were still filthy and the walls of the room were still dirty, so I think their cleaning agents aren't just doing the job. The carpet smelled pretty bad making the room smelling stuffy and dusty, if it was a 2-star hotel I wouldn't be surprised but this is not at the level of a 3-star hotel.

Easy parking and easy to access from the highway. The staff was kind and helpful. There is a good restaurant just next door (closed on Mondays).

The room smelled a little bit, but it went away with the open window.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were lucky enough to stay on the weekend that there was a "night market" in the town which was a lot of fun to go to and a short walk away from the property. Lots of different street food to try and local beers. It was a treat to wake up in the morning and be able to go for a swim and enjoy the view across the valley. You have your own entrance and you essentially have the top floor to yourself so it feels really private. The hosts were really helpful and friendly, giving us tips on the night market and helping us with any questions. Highly rated and we would love to stay again!!!!
