- The receptionist went over and above to be helpful and gracious!
- The way how they cared about us and that our room got cleaned everyday. They helped us to visit places and where we could rent scooters and good restaurants
- all the staff was very skilled and helped us with shuttle/taxi, map and tips worth to visit in Valencia etc. The hotel bar offers good service and a few delicious snacks. If we will be again in Valencia we will definitely choose this hotel.
